I'm afraid you are referring to a dead proposal. We do however set a new plan in motion, just read here. But, I do think you have a point, a city that blends in with the forest a little more.

The city is build, Tol Vanima is the work of numberless helpers, but if you wand you kann actually join ouer littel village.
