Malachin and the goddess of knowledge were not very close, grant herion.

And as far as I can see, most of the "worshippers of elara" or who they call themselves, that happen to be female, and very tall, should do as most worshippers of the knowledge goddess, become hermits......far far away from civilisation.

Brendan, I may be a Monk, but I hold an oath to my friends, espiaccly the few that treated me like I was family. Insulting them dishonorably again will not be the smartest thing.

You know Malachin and Elara weren't close how Sean? What book of history tells you they weren;t friends?

I studied as a monk, for a very very long time, Grant.

There is,

"A history of the gods" Which is written by some elvish groups

Theres also,

"The War of Darkness" By a human writer

as well as

"The fall of the old gods"

and one of my favorites,

"A full history of the world and the people in it" By an old elf by the name of Inahraius Sho'uli

Where might I find these? They are not in the Grey Light's library nor in any book shelf I have searched.

They are east, on an island, oh about two months away.

Off this island then, so we can all assume you are making these up then? I have never read of Malachin or of Elara not being friends.

Prove it.

Fine, look through any book on this island and find where it states that Malachin and Elara were never friends. There I have proved it because there is no such book on this island.

Ah,, but why don't you find where these books state they are, and then I've proved my point.

Posted: Thu Nov 20, 2003 4:14 am
by Grant Herion
No, your point was they weren't, my point was there wasn't any proof that they weren't friends. Therefore i am correct and you are not.

Lle quena i'lambe tel' Eldalie?

I wonder why all this humans must speak up here. If you are interested to name a town, you probably should try to rename Troll´s Bane.

Don´t try to bring down this discussion, you do not have any arguments here as you are just humans.

Lan and Kaly were two of my best friends, I have enough of a right to be here as any elf who doesent know what the elven community REALLY is.

I am afraid not. Are all dwarves allowed in Silverbrand, all halflings in Greenbriar, No. I would rather have noone but those of our community even know it's location if possible. I know alot of people, does not mean I gain their birthrights and race. This process needs to be redone, and untainted with greedy humans itching for a taste of power.

Sean, your great friends abbandoned me here, with out so much as a note. What type of people abandon a child I ask you? And you have the nerve to call me mentally ill? When you yourself would start wars, for the fun of it, if that doesn't scream a sickness of the mind, then what does?

Posted: Thu Nov 20, 2003 4:02 pm
by Grant Herion
Moathia are you insulting your parent's memory?

Grant

Moathia, I havent even a militaristical guild. So tell me, how have I started wars? Maybe you should take your imagination elsewhere.

And I have ALOT more nerve and mind, But I don't babble on endlessly.

I never had parents, I watched MY village burn to the ground, You think I care about you and your insanity?

I only care about three things, one of those three things is my friends, your not my friend, I could care less what you have to say to me.

Up untill I gave my heart to Kaylpse and Lanthromire, I watched humans, massacare people in my village, and burn it to the ground, and to be honest, this argument is just angering me, I shall stop now. Insult me all you want Sean, I am not the one who was bansihed from the island.

Posted: Thu Nov 20, 2003 6:56 pm

I was never banished, I left willingly.

And now I pay the price for my own mistake, which is to let people like you take over this island and turn it into the slum it is now.

Ich schlage vor / I suppose : "Leithian ni faire-iaure".

Das ist Sindarin, und noch nicht irgendwo benutzt. / It is Sindarin, and not already used somewhere else.

Eh. I like Eldamar, it sounds veyr Elvish.

I like Eldamar too. Eldamar sounds much better than Leithian ni faire-iaure as a name for an elven city. Leithian ni faire-iaure is too long for a city name as well and hard to remember. Eldamar would be more suitable in my opinion.

That is realy hummorious my name is Ereaes Eldamoor.

"Eldamar" sounds too common, and there are certain elven "kingdoms" with that very same name in different fantasy worlds.

"Eldamar" means "Home of elves" (Eldar = Elves, Mar = home), that's a name much often used. (Elven dictionaries). That's why i don't like that name very much. Too few individualism. Everyone can copy something else.

The same goes for Lorien, Lothlorien, etc. And "Nephilim" are a kind of biblic angel creatures.
