i dont think of it as chances, he has done so many thinks that i have seen as wrong, next time i see him doing something wrong, then... he brought it upon himself

Look people rusty never got any chance people just blow it off......BUT I can help him, are you just not hearing me I CAN STOP HIS KILLING! did you aslo not relize that your puting a lost 15 year old in jail.He's just a kid i can help him.For some of you it makes you feel like you have power to run to Ly. and then put a 15 year old boy in jail, why not try and help him....Please tell me it'd not because none of you have the heart to help this boy. *Kincent eyes begin to water as he rights.*

I rember what it was like going from isle to isle any way i could I was only 10 when i started. I was beat down by crooks in the middle of towns, thrown around and treated like dirt .ALL I want was help out of the hell that became my life but no one would help they'd rather put me away some where so I run to another isle.I went like that for 6 years till i turn 16 and start to fight for my self O i rember those day ready to fight at any move near me i was so much like Rusty *eyes over folow with tears* then by the time i got here my body was so beat down by fights, and cloud that i gave up. Had I of had some to help me when i was 15 I would hav never lifted a sword again......

He has been given chances to stop his ways, but he continues to harm people. He has become a danger to the citizens of Trolls Bane. Whether you can change him or not Kincent, he has comitted crimes and he should be punished.

*Feels anger* Go ahead just bloody go ahead do as it has been for ages. BUT mark me at this word if the trial goes threw........its just yourself you put away you dont seem to understand if rustas is put away then you think you got rid of a problem the other way my friends it s going to become larger because by the time rustas gets out he will have more anger, then the one we are facing now reconsider, dont seal his and your own fate's and dont seal mine. What happens to Rustas you seem not to care about, but do you care about thyselfs? think.

Kincent this is what you want. You don't want Rustas to be jailed, because you think he can be changed. So that means, he changes and he walks free. So all he has to do, is go. Sorry I killed you all, I was silly, but I've changed now, so everything is ok. To be honest his victems wont be happy with that, nor would I, he has killed, and has shown no signs of remorse or regret, he has killed with out giving a thought, he kills, and he walks along the street and laughs, like he has not killed. Forgive me, if I don't feel sorry for this lost boy, someone who kills many times and does not care that he did so, does not deserve sympathy. And if you think he's changed, and he is good for a little while, what if he starts killing again? Thats how Elaralith worked, claimed to be better again, then once we let our gaurds down again, she killed many. If she had just be thrown in prison straight away, that would not have happened. Jail is the besty course of action. And Kincent, you and him are not the only people who have had a life like that, feel free to ask me about it when you next see me.

You compare him to another villan as if it was the same person, dont please. You say you dont feel for this lost boy, who asked you to? You say throw him in jail? what happends after you think he changes after that?
No, i can say with great confidence that it will only get worse give him mercy and he might change but..What do i know.

If he is sent to jail, he will know that it can and will happen if he does it again, but if his friends change him, and he is not punished, then he would do it again because he thinks that his friends would save him, and I refer to him as a villian because he is one, he is a murderer, he kills with out regret, murder is a crime, that make hims a criminal, and criminal is another word for villan, perhaps criminal sounds better, but they mean the same thing in the end.

The current problem is a raged hafling running around our town, the current solution would be to lock him up. If during is time locked up you can change him then perhaps it should be decided then if he has really changed and be let go.
But for now the safety of Trolls Bane is what is at stake.

I never said that he shouldn't punished, He has to be punished so he knows he can't got back to his old ways and never worrie about being caught.But I don't think Jail is the right choice of punishment there should be something esle maybe severing the community some way would be part of his way of showing ever one he has been punished and changed.That way I get a chance to help him and he still relizes there are punishments for his actions.But jail wouldn't do rusty any good that's not the right choice of punshment in this case.

lets say vicious creature is attacking a man. He thinks he can make it stop, and maybe train it to help him. But does he not first tie it down so that it does not hurt him any more.
Rustas is that creature...Trolls Bane is that man.
