Intelligent answer, would be great if you would also give me one.
But, my pitty self beeing so immature and only as clever as a 5 year old child, is absolutly unable to speed up the account routine for your humble being.
See, you have no clue what work it takes to process the accounts.
Insulting me does in no way make your statement more right, or will you gain respect for your self.
But me, being a reader of Tibia-Boards (its a shame, isnt it?), have gained quite thick shell arround me.
Your words dont really affect me, of course I could freak out, yelling at you, make your InGame experience a hell for you.
But what would that show? That I am the person you falsely discribed?
So the only thing I can repeat on and on is:
We are not able to make more parts of the Account routine automatic and therefore faster.
We are continously working on better solutions, but currently this is the best we have.
You have to deal with that fact, accept it, and live your life on.
You really should rethink your attitude towards other, accept thier opion, but first of all, accept the fact that somebody might know more about a topic than you.
This could save you from a lot of troubble.
I dont want an appoligy from you, but I want you to learn something for this unessesary outburst of you.

Whats the big deal about waiting really from what i heard the game is good enough to wait a year for. Makeing the process automated would destroy the fact that this is a role playing game. Thats the fun of it anticpation, every day waiting for the e-mail to come. I really dont care about waiting and neither do many other roleplaying gamers. Who agrees?

Just one day in the life of the account-staff: Friday morning, 08.00 GMT+1:
75 mails arrived during the last 10 hours, 37 will be deleted soon because of name rules, 17 are answers to account-quests, 3 inquiries to several cases, 5 new german and 12 new english requests, 1 reply with insulting content.
During the day, about 40 more mails arrived. Normal day. We read the mails, sort them, answer some, read stories, decide, answer and sort again. New accounts get their quests, refused story-writers get their message, while those who were accepted are sorted to another list, get their congratulation mail. When there are some more in stock, we will send the list to deblocking. Someone wants his char name to be changed, another one has forgotten his password. Someone calls me an ash.... for he did not like the answer I gave him last time. Normal day.
Maybe a program can work through all of this much faster than we can, but do you really want to be served by a machine?

i think all the gamemasters talking to you are right Kizad
i know its diffikult to wait ... but its a test
illarion is the only TRUE RPG around, and i am sure of it
it takes time and a lot of worK to make sure all the people who are accepted are good to RP
when i first wrote my first story i thought it was good, now that i wrote two more, i know it was a mess for what RP really is
the second story wasn't bad, but it wasn't a good story to show that i know how to RP
the third looks good, as i brought out aspekts like knowing friends (history of char and knowing other chars) and liKe interacting with other chars (helping me in the quest)
well now i await for the reply ... and i thinK the gamemasters have answered you more than you asked Kizad ... much more than you asKeD !!
