@Elaralith

In Silverbrand, I believe you casted a huge amount of blue flames, which causes amazingly horrible lag for anybody. You weren't disconnected, even when you killed Randelf in the mess and attacked the two, three other people that were trying to negotiate with you at the entrance. I think your "I only lag when I'm about to be killed" excuse is getting old, and even if it were true, invalid in the first place due to the fact that you're responsible anyway. If you don't want to be in trouble, don't use a laggy computer along with the personality of your character.

The GM's dont ban her cause they have no proof. None of them have seen her, so if you want her in trouble, get a GM to log in and show them what she is doing. And it HAS lagged when I have fought for a long time, but it has kicked me off only about two times, while I was listening to music on Kazaa. Now I have deleted Kazaa and it doesnt lag at all, unless theres like 35 people on the server. If it did lag on her computer, she wouldnt be kicked off that fast.... Lag takes time to kick you off. Lag has to build up after a matter of minutes at least, and after it builds up too high, it kicks you for too high a ping. During a fight, it lags the most after being hit several times, not before. Elaralith might be running something on her comp while shes playing though, causing lag to build up during game play, but I have to admit, she has been ''kicked'' off alot.... Try defragging your computer, and deleting the unused things on your computer. To find these tools, click START, click PROGRAMS, click ACCESSORIES, then click SYSTEM TOOLS. Try both DISK CLEANUP, and DISK DEFRAGMENTER. It really helps alot to defrag often, and use disk cleanup about once a month!!

For the last time she is not being disconnected everytime. When you get disconnected because of a bad connection a "sprite" of your character is left behind for a short while. When you log you dissapear immediately. I don't see why it should even be discussed when it is pretty obvious she is logging. But these topics shuld not be brought to the boards but send an email to violations if it bothers you that much.
