I want the ceremony to take place at 3:00pm GMT on Tuesday, will members please tell me if they will be availiable at this time and if not what times are best suited.

is Faramier or Athian the leader of this guild? Because it looks as tho Farmier thinks he is the guild leader even tho Athian founded it...

I am not guild leader, however I do organise the ceremonies and lead the religious aspects of the guild, thus it is fitting I should know how many members can attend certain ceremonies.

our guild is broken down into three main catagories. Political,Paladin and Religous. I am the leader in general respect, but Faramier is our religous teacher and head, therefore he has as much right to call together any meeting or gathering as long as he's talked to me first. which he has. Same goes for Aristeaus who's our trainer in combat, though he's on a temp leave. good enough for ye Granty?
