This can be said in a normal, clear and proper language.

And btw. it is up to the mods / gms, to say to someone, to stay away, not to the players.

Guing, Serverrules are like laws.
Do you get a second chance for beating some guy into hospital? No.
If you bothered to read his post, the characters kill-count was 867 or something like that, and then you say that he deserves another chance?
What makes you think that he hasn't had his second chance(s) already?
Usually the mods don't just jump into banning someone, they give him plenty of warnings.

hey how long ago was Fortin delated???? and how long have i been away?

Just give me a second chance and i will behave and if i don't i will never come back agein. i don't really care if YOU wan't me here or not. Not eveyone dosen't wan't me here. i use to do work for alot of players ( side jobs ) and helped them out alot. i would think they woul like to have m back. besides i would like to see the new illarion and would like to play for real instedof pking like i use to. Fortin was my pkwer and was my very first play and i was a newb then. so i didn't know better. Just be nice and give me marcy and let me try agein. and pleause don't make fun of how i can't spell. it really sucks that i can't sometimes spell even the simplest word. So if you will give me a another chacne i can show you how much i've changed. but if not well i'll just keep asking for forgiveness for my past act's on illarion players and a another chance.

1. Fortin was his old char, an orc I believe.

2. Not on the boards, though in game I once met El Diablo, he spoke okay then.

3. The possibility of a second chance is up to whether he passes the E-mail application.

Perhaps it would have been I wisen move for him not to announce his return and just start a new character, so then no one would know who he was.

but thanks for at lesat giveing me a second chance but that is if the dude handlying the e-mails of good names dosen't toss my names beause of this forum. he says he has already i think somewhere in this topic. but by the way Fortin was a orc. hey would Fortin be a name i could use???

If you could change your IP address and use a different email and computer, why didn't you just do that in the first place? Why come here spamming the boards and whining and crying?

Just make a different name and account and pretend you are a completely different person. Play like you PROMISED you would and you would not get caught and every one would be happy. But most likely you would revert back to your old self and people would recognize you and that would be the end of that.

I did not have the displeasure of knowing you the first time you were here, but judging by your posts I would say you were down right annoying in game.

That is why you did not just pretend to be another person to begin with. Because you just crave attention and like to cause trouble. So you came back as your old self knowing what people would say and how they would react.

people do change with time - we all do... just look a few years back... or even month.
this apeman really gives me the impression that he means what he is writing here.

so here my suggestion - why not let him have one char?
put that char on a watchlist - so to say - once complaints arise... that's it.

why not grant him a second chance? he cannot be such a bad person in RL

Well put. but the watch list i would get off in like some beasue i really hate the idea that if i do something and didn't meen to. like if sliped and fell i'm gone and can't come back. get what i meen? keep me on it for some time and don't tell me when u take me off beasue i'll keep thinking that i'm still on it. i'm just saying if i do something worng don't take it to harshly beasue it might have been a slip.

Rules are there for a reason. I personally don't like a lifetime anything, just a long, long, long time, but I don't make the rules.

If you bend the rules for one person everyone will want the same thing. People will break the rules thinking,
"Well, lifetime doesn't really mean lifetime. I will get a second chance."

Personally, I think that people can learn their lesson and change, but like I said. I don't make the rules. But in this case, I don't think this person has changed a whole lot. If you have really learned how to roleplay, why is your board name "apeman"?
