As kaidan did all the work, talking, and arranging to bring the idea of the proposed goverment to light, it would only be right that he should have the first term as governer simply to reward him for the work.
Term- 6 dwarven months.
Council- Seredoc, Altrix , Oxiana
Term- 6 dwarven month, but elected 2 dwarven months apart.
