I can understand not wanting to interfere with another's quest, however it may be helpful to all players and GM's that an end date be attached to a proposed quest. If significant time has passed and due to out of control circumstances the quest can't be ended by the original GM, another may help. I am suggesting this because have not only seen this quest as a problem, there have been and as far as I know, still other quests in this predicament.

We need a Quest to end all quests!!!
"Your mission, should you decide to accept it, is to find a GM willing to fix all outdated and stagnant Quests.
This Game will self-Destruct in T-Minus 15 seconds.

Mr. and Mrs. Smith...

But yep, this quest takes too long now. Even my chars, who stored leather for a long time, and don't produce a lot, are going to need leather soon...
And I am usually not in such a big need of resources!

plague was promise dto be ended, it hasn't... somebody take the guilty party behind the woodshed and end this stupid plague already.
i mean seriously, all it takes is editing the pig drops to include meat and leather again
