I beleive that when a person who can only speak english starts a topic, it should remain in english, so the person who started the discussion can actually UNDERSTAND whatever it is they're discussing about his/her proposal.

Not too much to ask is it?
As an English only speaker, I think it *is* too much to ask on the proposals board. Everything here should be accessible to everyone, whether German only or English only speakers. If someone is kind enough to translate something I wrote, I appreciate it,and only hope that the most salient points will be translated back into English.

Sorry to say that but most user who beginn to translate any topic here mostly get ignored after they did the work and theres the problem with translating other peoples opinions even if they don't apply to yours nor are easy to translate.

As to the proposal, it doesn't sound like a bad idea. Recently ive learned the easiest way to tell if someone can learn or not is to cast BHONA + rune (in my case commotio runes of choice) on the character. Since you have to cast it twice, you either recieve

You concentrate the power of ___ On your student, repeat the spell in order to (etc etc)

means they can learn.

Your student is not able to learn the rune

When they can't learn.

it's quick and it's fairly easy, though it's a bit dangerous is you accidently double click someone without thinking. The method is however a hundred percent accurate.

Quick question for a Dev

does attempting to transfer a rune to someone who already has that rune effect your skill at all or does nothing happen since the transfer technically does not happen?
Got into the bad habit of casting it on myself to see what kind of day i was having, But apparently it doesn't go away after you log out. So when i tried with the same rune the next day i would transfer the rune to myself even though i used the spell just once :?

You get a message like "Your student knows that rune already"
And nothing else happens.
