Weapons & Other Suggestions...

Do you really think people would use a whip in every day combat? It is more like, oh well atleast I have A weapon with me, and can hit them with this instead of my fists.

I wish there was a way to do dirty fighting instead of rping it illa

Throw your sword away and stick your fingers in his eyes, that kind of thing

Or perhaps different fighting styles, to add in a little more randomisation?

For example, staying defensive and only hitting after you have parried an oponents blow, catching them off balance, or going all out slashing so they are too busy not getting bits of them lopped off to hit you. Not sure if you could script any of this though.
