I think the parchments you can read aboth exsists because the situation
is not clear. If the citizens of Trollsbane stand behind their new
government, the situation is clear indeed.

William, you still have yet to see past your nose. How will it not help you to build your town and gain Bane as an ally. Regardless if he has removed himself from your town or not, this has still been seen by the people of the isle as an attack from Caelum.

And dear Skaalib. No one said I was brave. No one said that this isn't a name. And no one said that you have more manners than I. So please hold your tongue for I will not fight a worthless battle against you as you are not my enemy, though never have you truely been my friend.

Well, the question that the defenders are refusing to answer is, what solutions do you put forth that can meet your satisfaction, and the satisfaction of the other side, so that no one is unwelcome in their home any longer, and the merchants may re-open their businesses.

So in simple: what do you see needs to be done to fix this situation?

Hold his tongue? Why must he hold his tongue as he writes? A confusing idea, but it might work if he writes with his tongue. Are you assuming that Lizard use their tongues to hold a quill or other writing utensil and write? A truly racial comment.

The people on the citizen list were already allianced to Caelum in the first place. Just because they are in Bane now doesn't help. I can tell you now, that we have not benefited from this.

To reply to Foosers question:

As a citizen of Trolls Bane I wish an election for a new government. I don't want to be forced upon any. It's peculiar and pathetic that you attack a town for it's government that was about to change anyway. If Silas Farron thinks he is the right one for this town or that the people want him in this position, then he shall set up an election and see if he gets voted by the people of Trolls Bane.
If he is not going for an election, well then we can assume that the wishes and the well-being of the people of Trolls Bane, are not the governors concern. Knowing Trolls Bane there wouldn't be enough candidates either way, but then it's still Trolls Banes decision and not the decision of strangers invading this town.

Lady Gwendolin Cad'ell

A few words have been added underneath some moments later:

If Silas Farron though might think himself of incapable of letting his position go, I ask for at least for an election that votes another person for Silas Farrons position to share. A diarchy of some sorts. For the time being. I think it was Fooser who suggested it before. Out of fairness there should the list of citizen taken that Siltaris has used for her planned election before.

From where I come from, there is only one way to deal with an uprising like this:

Put the head of this Ferron and Elderberry on a pole.

Nothing good ever comes from mages.

Gwendolin comes back to the board and raises a brow slightly reading the message of the Apothecarius. She writes in a neat handwriting:

Where you come from, Mister Pallas, are hundreds of people dying every winter from starvation. If we take any example from another country, I would not suggest to let it be Albar.

End this senceless bickering as no one has accomplished anything thus far. Lady Cald'ell seems to be the only one writing on this parchment with any sence what so ever. The original citizens of Trolls Bane do not seem to agree with this new goverment. Might it be in the best interest of the people for a new vote to be held. Perhaps a cooperation of either a diarchy or allowing for a free vote from both lists so that both sides are happy.

Yes, co-governing, Silas and someone of the others choice, highly important decisions need approval of both people, no one should be considered a criminal for the battle itself, new citizen list made immediately with the 2 people governing accounting for the people on their sides who wish to be citizens. Only way to fix this quickly

As much as this surprises me myself, but I do agree with Fooser. It's the only way to avoid more bloodshed. You should seriously consider it, Mister Silas Farron, because hearing the uproaring, I wouldn't be surprised if it would be yours next to shed. I truly wish to see a citizen of Trolls Bane as a co-governor for the time being.

Naturally, every coward hides afterwards, but you all will taste revenge one day.

I didn't hide afterwards, I walk around openly for any fool to do as they wish. How is it cowardly that someone who was on the winning side says forgive all the nonsense that just occured? If one preaches anything beside forgiveness at this point, it just shows their real intentions and how truly ugly they are in spirit.

Not to be rude or anything brother, but wasn't the allegged manipulation of the citzenlist one of the factors which made the old government such a bad one?

By kicking everyone out and starting afresh, it doesn't reduce the fact that the town is in turmoil...
