I would honestly like to understand, what is the point in building something nice like Tol Vanima, or any house if it can be burned down? Is insurance against the burning of buildings then going to be really set ig then? It just seems fairly modern to me (that is, insurance) , but the burning, disappearing of buildings and not trees or anything surrounding is also strange to me. In other words, the entire island of Tol with massive amounts of trees, and the only thing burned is the building?

If this burning is set ig to discourage a lot of individual houses being built, IMO the space is so huge that it is not needed at present.
