Dear mister the Cloaked one.
When I say 'please', it means I'm not commanding, but asking nicely.
I always have my hand upon the hilt of my sheathed sword, it's a comfortable position.
The only proper reasons to wear a cloak, would be the weather. It was neither cold, nor raining.
I didn't swing my sword?

When I saw your face I did thought you would swing your sword. Shouldn't the town guard be nice and helpfull? And I didn't hear the word please come out of your mouth sir. Again, for my reasons I want to talk to a higher ranked person, so I can maybe have permission to walk freely in trolls bane with a hood. But I guess a recruit could ask too why I wear a hood, too late for that now.

The guards aren't here to look nice and pretty. We're here to make people respect the law, and turn the old shite hole Trolls Bane into a new, safe one. If you expect me to wear roses behind my ears, and ornate my cheeks with cherry powder, for you not to have the impression I'll swing my sword at you, then that is your problem, not mine.
If you didn't hear the word please, then I beg you to wash your ears.
I'd also like to re-direct you to (( http://illarion.org/community/forums/vi ... hp?t=22861 )) this part of the town's walls, which is why, in order not to appear so uncaring about the fate of those people, I ask people to draw their hood off. Not that I care, I understand some people do not have the utter beauty of mine, to show their faces off with pride.

The Cloaked One is fine for someone like you. As I said already to you: I don't want to talk with you about that. And if you think you must be hard to everyone; do you want people in trolls bane actually to protect or must everyone leave because of a town guard that won't ask anything? Atleast I leaved a note reading 'Farewell' when you only shouted 'Halt!'. And about my face you like to talk about: I saw your face myself and I can't say your pretty, you didn't see mine so you can't say I'm not. And again: I want to talk to a higher ranked person. Ofcourse I like to speak too to people who wear a hood to or have the same opinion with me, because I think when the guard is like this, I could use some more contacts and friends. I would like to get a letter of those 3 groups.

Bringing coin and furs back from the forest and again stopping at the Board to view the parchments, her eyes sparkle at the Cloaked One's words, the nod of her head barely seen from under her hood. A rare laugh is heard from her direction right before she turns toward her depot and it appears from what can be seen with her hood still up, that she is shaking her head gleefully. Upon listening closer, someone may also hear her mumbling between chuckles "utter beauty of mine".

Egrano if you wish to discuss this with me please send me a letter directly and I will deal with any problems you have.

Micheal in future please do not get drawn into pointless arguments like these if they have a complaint refer them to me, and then leave it.

--11: Concealed Clothing--
By request of the guards, a new law is now in place. Anyone wearing clothing that conceals almost or all of their person will be stopped, or perhaps even struck. Furthermore, if someone refuses to show themselves or give their identity, it will be considered a crime, and hostile action, and will be dealt with as such.

Did you just read the title of that, or perhaps move on to the first five words? It was requested by Farel during the time of the temple war. It was a good way to legalize harsh treatment for the foolish ones who came into town, taking our intelligence to be poor by not noticing them, but we did. Doesn't mean I was thrilled with the rule, it is by nature, flawed. Does the crime rate in Trollsbane go up when it rains? Because I see plenty of concealed individuals on rainy days and there aren't any problems.

Dis means dat Trollsbane remain neutral place. Fightin meh happen in Tavern, which is "Silberbrand", but meh promise no fightin in Trollsbane itself. Peeps in Tavern, drink at own risk. Dey are in Silberbrand.

As long as Trollsbane no interfere in war wid Silberbrand, weh hab no problem wid Trollsbane.

Meh gib yoo chance to stay neutral in dis. Weh will finish dis one way or odder, but it mehbe long war. Silberbrand strong, but dey hab many weaknesses.

After today, meh deklare dat anyone in Tavern will beh given one warnin to get out, before weh assume dey support Silberbrand.

Today, Meh was attacked by Mage meh not dink of as enemy "Nalcaryos", but he attack and interfere wid war widout warnin. He on bloodfeud list now, but point is, meh won't beh surprise attacked agains!

Anyone in Tavern after one warnin will be assumed to be in War supportin Silberbrand, and will beh attacked as well.

Troll's Bane has an official forester.
It is the Citizen Eli Travinus who will care for the planting and cutting of trees.

The forster only (and his eventual deputy he will nominate) is allowed to cut and plant trees within the territory of Troll's Bane.

The forester will receive a payment of 10 silvers per dwarven month for his actions.
The forester has to hand half of all the wood at the end of a dwaven month to Troll's Bane's treasury. The other half is for the forester's free use.

Dear Town Guard of Troll's Bane, dear Citizens of Troll's Bane,

From now Troll's Bane holds an official Armory.
It comprises mainly good quality items and is available for all Town Guards and the Captain of the Town Guard.

Recruits have no access to the Armory until they have proved that they are dignified. Instead, recruits have to ask the Captain, the Governor, the Magistrate or other Town Guards to get support with items to train their skills.
Protectors have no right for any items of the Armory, but they are free to get some items if the Government decides so.

The Armory will be continously updated. Its current status can be seen here.

Citizens of Troll's Bane, folks of Gobiath,

Due to the latest income from the taxes, Troll's Bane will pay all persons who hold official institutions in Troll's Bane a certain amount of money.
The payments will usually be given in the end of each dwarven month ((1 RL month)) for the previous dwarven month.
There will be dates proclaimed in advance, when the payment can be collected from the Governor.
The amount of money depends on the official institution the person holds.

Recruits of the Town Guard do not get any payment, but support in armor, weapons and they are trained by the Town Guards.

Protectors of Troll's Bane receive 10 Silvers per dwarven month.

Town Guards of Troll's Bane receive 20 Silvers per dwarven month.

The Town Guard Captain of Troll's Bane receives 30 Silvers per dwarven month.

The Magistrate of Troll's Bane receives 30 Silvers per dwarven month.

The Governor of Troll's Bane receives 30 Silvers per dwarven month.

The Forester receives 10 Silvers per dwarven month.

Other official instituions, which might be set up in future, may will receive a payment as well.

I am not a citizen of Troll's Bane, I spend little time in Troll's Bane and any time I do it's in the tavern, which is Silverbrand.

She's never had to do anything for me or done anything for me.
