I'm pretty sure that the gods would let dwarves use their golems. Irmonom and...the earth guy.
Golems are religion based anyway. I'm pretty sure it would be fair to allow the gods to give them a sort of life...if the dwarves actually took the time to make suitable bodies.

And its roleplay, that dwarfes have so much resources like ore or coal, but they dont have grain. and they dont eat fish!
this is a disadvantage, because you can get much food with a litle rod.

The subject of this topic is not the advantages of races, and having invincible golems protecting a race is a much better advantage than any other races can possibly think to have, food can be traded.

Translation :
The dwarves cannot be defeated because they have invincible golems, live with it and kneel before them because they are the best, n00bs.

Please, no more unfair advantages to a certain group via GM pushed characters, its that simple, and everyone sensed should agree with that.

rp is good. but it isnt rp to use the disadvantage of timezone isnt it?
Why are the attak on Night, when we are defenseless?
think about it.

I fucking agree with Arameh aye i do, magical rocks aye now everything is fair aye.
On a less sarcastic post to Arameh, i DO agree that its unfair to give sides pushed chars, i mean it has no perfection over anything, just frustration and threads like these.

The invasion of SB happened not to late for german time, since I was able to attend and I live not far off germany.
And Arameh has a point.
It's not all the dwarves I'm sure, but there are simply those.

I think the basic problem for the dwarfs, are not attacks, when they all are offline.
There are some players, who wait till all dwarfs logged out, and go raiding their mine then. Thats not very nice, because the dwarfs normally protect that mine, and kick those out, who are in illegal.
But they can't be online all the time.
And the players who do this, except of some n00bs who just don't know it, are not really nice ^^

I agree. Whoever helped as a GM: Don't do that. I frown upon that.
Players have to solve their conflicts without GM help.

It is better to solve problems this way:
People who mine illegal when no dwarf is online get a GM warning, and then a ban.
No GM help.

Hey, i did not set the rules of the temple, and would not like to discuss it here.
And it was not as pushed as you make it out to be, just all rp based.
End of.
I also used to play for the dwarves, and love their little group still, but golems?! why the hell do you need golems!

That's actually pretty stupid.
If, 'Anything's possible' then the mines, left open should be able to be raided when they leave.

The dwarfs guard the mine, when ever they are online. So if one gets though while the dwarfs are online, all is fine.
But if they wait, till all dwarfs left, because the players have to sleep, its just unfair.
And didn't someone wrote we want to play fair?

Simple.

But that would cost the dwarves 400 silver, 1000 bricks, and 999 apple boards.

allright, give us the door and we give you the materials
Edit: I really feel pissed off now. Some minutes ago, mark and everyone entered silverbrand. My dwarf, an other dwarf and the golem hunted him. He ran away for about 5 minutes without rping, while we where doing some #mes. I see, that it would've been his dead to rp in the near of the golem, but then stephen opened a portal to varshikar. we all jumped in and stephen said: Now fight. Mark still ran and my dwarf followed him. When I told him ooc., while we were having a hunt, that I would report him if he won't do a little rp, he typed: #me runs for his life. But why the hell would an uber knight-char run away from a crafting dwarf with fighting skills -> 0? I mean, hallo? Mark would've needed three or four hits to kill my char but he ran for his life, when we were alone? Anyway, after some more hunting, there was a second portal, leading us to the eldan monastry. Mark jumped in and when I follwed, entering about four or five steps behind him, he was logged out. So who complains about bad rolleplay? The golem didn't even touch mark (a fighter with really good skills) but he ran away like he would be killed in a few seconds
