No, more an essay about why its cool in context to the aviable racial description.
Regarding the "hate mail":
This is basicly the most reliable indicator if you are doing a good job.
When you get blunt, stupid mails containing only words with spelling errors, that are void of any form of grammar, were every second word is either an insult or the all famous f-word.
Very satisfying, I can only recommend it.
