Just conform with greenbriar already.
We're a guild that have our own forum and have been up for 2 ingame years. It was quite the secret at the beginning and we've had 3 different boards; our current one is the final. We have lots of money and members and our own Nitram thread ;) . Eventually when we're built we'll put basic information such as citizens into the guild board; but the rest stays on our secret board.

Perhaps collecting the items shold just reduce the silver greatly. The builders would want to be paid for labour after all. Unless you could somehow build it yourself.

noone shall dare to moan about the prices. You can't know if it is fine or not.

This rules aren't public for a few hours and there is some crying about them.

You can moan in two weeks if you still think they are to high.

Until then, this is a information topic, not discussion. The prices will stay as they are for now.

I SAID BRAVO; WELL SAID. LEAVE IT UNTIL THE RULES ARE FINALIZED!

We don't count temporary animals.

Even for one pig you get a spawn point.

well, i think that's more logical to buy 2 pigs (a pair) for a spawn point.. That's just my 2 cents

what about making a garden? can you buy that, or is it somehow grown in-game?

The NPCs sell more brickstones now. The price is a bit lower than before.

~

Es gibt nun mehr Ziegelsteine pro Tag bei den NPCs zu kaufen. Außerdem sind sie nun auch ein klein wenig billiger.

It's not really moaning, more like a concern when it comes to comparing prices paid elsewhere. Like previous buildings, and auctions of buildings, they were technically "more" but they were also getting about 50x more too.

I elaborating on your answer for swish. you need more hammers because otherwise you would have 1 guy hammering a town together....jee-wiz

This was already built, and so went inactive, the town it is in has the right to resell and I would think for alot less due to the fact its not "customized". Buildling yourself a house in RL will cost one hell of alot more than buying a used one.

Yeah but a 5x5 or 6x6 vs a 3 floor building that is 3-4-5 times the size on the base level? Hard to explain that

wouldnt it be fair to give Darlok a bill for his castle which he has to pay now?

Looking at that prices and Darloks castle he owns the staff many, many thousand silvers and enough rawmaterials to need a lifetime to collect them. alone the 12 depots he got are worth 1200 silver <_<

Samantha is one of the richest chars ingame and she planned to build new sleeping halls for students aswell as other rooms needed. but even she can't afford that now.

and if you change the npc so that you can earn more money that will benefit those who are active at a craft, but not those who were based on trading or collected their money over a long time with part time sales. that would be like a deflation.
prices to build raises like hell, and the worth of your money on stock gets lowered.

Nitram, just dont let people have buildings, its obvious all they can do is moan about it.

Seems like the best idea, Darren.

Before they weren't allowed to build anything. They didn't moan about.

Now they are allowed and they moan...

Well

i would like to get some explanations, please.
Schweine, Schafe und Kühe kosten pro Tier 20 Silbermünzen
does "per animal" mean individual animals, or individual spawns?
Treibquest vom Hafen zum Bestimmungsort für jedes einzelne Tier
could the point, from where one gets the animals, be related to the place of settlement?
(compare a settlement just west of the harbour with a settlement in the extreme north...)
ODER das Tier wird von einem anderen Ort gestohlen
just stolen, or would there be a possibility to buy from neighbouring settlements?

@Korm

1. It means a permanent spawn of an animal.
2. I thought about to sell the animals around of the harbour, yes. But we do not have portals since nearly a year too?
3. Yes, should be possible. But it means, that the seller lose an animal of his own spawn.

lennier,

danke.

I mean, since when does an eccentric mage who just wants to be left in peace build a house in the middle of a city if he also could build it on a mountain, in a forest, etc. etc.?
i think, there should be exceptions. like for crazy mages.
who would like to have them in the neighbourhood?

That are OOC-conditions, like physical laws, like the engine itself, and it is for ingame things.

If it is said, that guilds can build in wilderness, it is not said, that the wilderness is not ready claimed by any people ingame.

If its said, that single persons have to ask goverments for the agreement to built (because of a wanted link between single persons, their huts and the towns), it does not mean, that guilds which want to build anywhere (in towns too) does not have to ask. In OOC they do not have to ask. But i am sure, that it would be better ingame to have a good and friendly neighboorhood, which agrees and does not want to burn down your little house.
