Yeah, the fact that most players don't even take a single look at the backgrounds and not even the descriptions of the races they are playing, is the reason why i am so dammn [irony]motivated[/irony] to expand it.
But it's in work anyhow.

I think we need a central, comprehensive overview with the most important background information.
At the moment they are quite spreaded over the site and the forum.

well, I think the background information at moonsilver is alright ... helped me at least to get started

I think I personally know TOO muchabout Illarion background. Its kinda sad really. I remember when we had the quiz quest in the tavern, and I wasn't allowed to play cause I kept getting all the answers.

There is a LOT of knowledge there, you just have to find it. And to play the game for awhile...

But but but, pleeeeease expand it, me and Korwin will read it if no-one else does.

I am still up for formulating a team to come up with background stories. Would take some of the heat off Damien.

Yes, but I think many news players don't notice moonsilver. And on Illarion.org and in the forum ("library") are informations, too.

So, a structured and compact text about the gods, the races, the (important) history of Gobiath and the states/lands around the isle would be cool.

I just wonder if I log out before server reset, so I won't lost my gained skills after reset, right?

Because my char pratice carpentry, I am sure I log out before the reset. Yet so much leveling like 8 or 9, still can't carve anything new and I don't think I reach max.
