Most likely a necromancing spell. There are such things as nonagressive skeletons.

Don't know which skills your char has, but Sil had a big shield and is really good at parry. I would wonder if she would not parry your cute little punches
try it without the shield next time. you might be surprised how cute a couple slugs to the head might be

Topic is monster balancing. Please stick to that topic. There is also an internal dicussion going on that could use some input.

the demon skeletions in the south area of skeletion forest seem a bit weaker then the ones in the crypts, i know there probably supposed to be (at least on average), i'm not sure what type of demon skeletion they are, (since there so many) but they could be made a tiny bit stronger. they don't do to much damage as compared to the time to take to defeat them.

Or you could just be damned happy that they are easy to beat! lol who complains that something is too easy?

shut your face

no one wants to do something if there no challange involved, or reward to gain.

Those who care about the development of a good game? No challenge = no fun. No pain, no gain. Too easy equals lame.

Concerning flies: This is not fly-related, it is wrestling related. All monsters who attack with wrestling do much more damage than they'd do with weapons. Does this hold for pvp-fights, too?

Well if the Daemon skeletons in the woods are not tough enough for you go somewhere else where they are. Other people need to start fighting those skeletons somewhere otherwise how can weaker people get better!

you'd have to ask someone with equal skill in wrestling and another combat skill. overall, wrestling can be pretty strong, but as i noted P2P combat is a completely different story. from my experience Wrestling works best in a PvsNPC sense, but in PvsP it seems where it should be.

Good point here. Demon skeletons are NOT ment to be monsters for beginners. In fact, they are ment to be one of the strongest monsters of them all. The loot one can get is very, very good stuff. This is one of the main points of this discussion: Which monsters are too weak / too strong? I fought some demon skeletons recently and they are quite strong but not invincible.

I have written a list that shows the staging of monsters from "total easy n00b victims" to "uber bad mass murdering butchers" like I would set them. Maybe, if the internal discussion is over, I can will make it public.

might also make note, that there are several varieties of the same monster. a demon skeletions at point A might be completely different then a demon skeletion at point B. i wasn't speakingof all of them.

one of my characters fought with a demon skeletion in the skeletion with his mace and shield, the blows did good damage but they were to slow and far between, it dropped alot faster then i thought it would.
