Reads all the post one afternoon on the way to the shop.

The story of the sword and mana.. she realised why he
never told her about it. She did intend to worry, especially
when she was unable to go an assist him with her archery.

Gandela is my beloved Brother... I'll try to be there. I would die for him! He helped me so often so this is were i can clear this debt. We blacksmithed so often together, i can't count it any more, and know this... I can hardly believe what happened, but i know that these ruins are evil. No good powers would do such a thing to my beloved brother!
Gandela, I promise, i'll avenge you! Even if this would be the last thing i'm doing in this World!

We will meet for the expedition 1 hour later than previously mentioned, so the time is now this Friday, March the 22nd, at 10pm GMT (1pm Pacific, 4pm Eastern) and gather in front of the shop.

Damien, Dyluck, and I are researching the reason this well exists... and if our books prove true, then lizards MAY be safe to swim in it, bit only lizards. The other possibility is that, once the sword absorbs the power, the thing in the pool and the spirit protecting it may be released... we will not know until we get there.
Then again, we also may meet Drakhen Vorkalion there... let us hope not...

Well Erdrick, if your theory is true (though I highly doubt it) the "spirit" can confine the "thing", so if the sword can absorb the spirit's power, it can absorb the thing's power too, so either way we won't need to worry about the thing.

Your story just doesn't make sense with the legend that's all. The castle ruins in the northeast already proves that the legend of the kingdom who built the well over the lake is true, as well as their record that the lakebed was filled with bulbsponge and redhead which caused the Mana Lake to form. I think it sounds more concrete than your theory of the mage who turned sea water into mana while fighting the sea monster

<Cough, cough!> Be glad, Astral, that you missed it. I may have to resign from the Rangers, because of this. There was an invincible rotworm...
I will cause no disrespect to those who didn't contribute or didn't help.
To those who were hurt and/or fought valiantly:

Badmosche, who is lying in the desert unconcious.

It was a very hard and difficult expedition and with much disorganization, but thanks to all of our brave warriors and a courageous lizardman, a Dan, who dived to the bottom of the lake, we are able to retrieve a sample of the herbs there, a sample of the mana, and put the magic sword into the well. There were a number of ancient rotworms prowling around the area, especially one of immense strength there that gave us much trouble. The reason may have been that the large amout of people coming on this expedition caused huge vibrations in the ground, attracting the rotworms to surface to our location. The herbs and the mana samples have been brought back to the Academy for research in hopes of finding a cure for the victims soon. I've sealed up the mana well to prevent anyone from drinking from the dangerous mana well again.

And special thanks to our great heroes Erdrick and Roke who sacraficed so much just to help our victims and make the magic sword, and never uttered a breath for praise or payment!!

As for the magic sword, it will remain inside the well to absorb mana until the day a threat that is so great arises to Illarion that it's power is needed......

#me looks at the place were Gandela jumped from the roof and find it...

*hmm he dig himself away, yes i know it before, this monster cant be beat this easy, good for Gandela*

#me jump down the whole and follow its way, after a few steps she found Gandela and smiled, "hes sleeping, how good.."

#me takes a potion out of her bag and ask herself were worms have their mouth to drink..

*this drik is made out of the herb wich was found in the mana well, and Dyluck´s best Druid brewed a drink that can heal Gandela, out of it.*

#me opens the potion and looks for a way to flee fast, Dyluck told her that the worm maybe fight against this drink cause its his death... and he need to leafe Gandelas Body.
#me hurry with filling in the option and dont hurt herself on this teeths, than she flees as fast as she can out of the whole and leafe Gandela alone...

* im sure this will help and after a bad scenario, Gandela is back as we all know him before, maybe he can never forget this feelings, but he get his body back*

#me make sure that no one can find this whole tonight and put some leaves over it...
