Yes, then we could cloud more of them with one hit.

Take it this way. The 4 survivors know not of healing(Druidism and stuff). Everyone else is too weak to do a thing...I call that char extermination.

I think I will go to bed and let the flames arise around the topic now.
All I want to say, the "quest" went fine till I got clouded. Whatever happened that I do not know. Before that, I liked everything of it.

Tornadoes and lightning bolts were thrown around like crazy a LONG time before the giant storms appeared, killing "everybody". Who laughs in the face of lightning and tornadoes?
This is where I see the topic going:
Nalzaxx and friends: What the crap, dude? Explain yourself!
Damien and company: Get used to it, buddy. We gave you your chance to escape!
Hence, it'll become nothing but another flame war.

Correct. But be sure that i remember those people flaming, and i do note down the names of their chars for the next event.

Pah. Kiss my ass.
*checks to see if he writes his names down*

Whats the difference, they'll get clouded whether there name is written down or not.

Is that such a horrible thing? That single event could change someone's entire RP if they felt like doing it. The possibilities....
Why do you make things as magnificent as blinding lightling strikes into something bad? Look at all the freaking power you and Misijah had! So a few people got "knocked down" or however you want to explain their 'deaths'... It's not like the GM's are banning everyone who died in the storms to make it seem like they were truly killed.

As I said before. This event doesn't stop or ruin RP, it simply changes it. Just because things don't work out as expected, doesn't mean it is bad. Unexpected things are good, always.

What is the point in us playing if we have no say in what happens to our characters?
I don't object to unexpected things happening, but I do object to not having a choice in the matter.

You always have. It's not that a GM can't read.

And which of my #me's were responded to?
How many #me's did you wait for when people were running away?
You just used the time they took to write them to cloud them.

To me it sounds like Zap Zap Zap > no time for people to write #me's or run,

Okay, next time i'll just cast faster.

Anyhow, a big, mean explosion caused by two very powerful mages can be followed by casualties. Would be really strange if noone got harmed at all.

Someone starts with a mystical formula.
You hear: [anc] JUS SOLH DUN ORL QWAN
Someone (1285033099) looks up
Someone (1191096047) sighs and shakes her head
Someone (1153599598) winces at the light.
Liles is blown back
Someone starts with a mystical formula.
You hear: [anc] JUS SOLH DUN ORL QWAN
Someone (1285033099)notices he is in the ground
Someone (1153599598) falls over.
Someone (1191096047) looks down at herself
Someone starts with a mystical formula.
Someone (1285033099) pulls himself up
You hear: [anc] JUS SOLH DUN ORL QWAN
They had enough time to write the sentences. seems they had also enough time to run away after the first flashes.

Exactly, you don't have a valid answer so you just joke about it and avoid the question.
Why is it all your quests must centre around killing as many characters as possible with as little choice as possible?
@Samantha: You wern't there, you wern't aware of the pace things were happening.
The players had a choice, #me, or flat out run, good way to reward those who actually have the depth of character to write out responses.

If that really is how you think, then supporting you in any RP case is a total waste of time. You can always first leave the danger zone and then emote. Not to mention that picking up items someone dropped should also be really secondary in such a situation, and those doing that, well, just got hit too.
End of discussion.

Perhaps they though it would be safe after the first "explosion" generally when something explodes it doesn't do so once, wait awhile and explode again.
I never asked to RP with you Damien, personally I find your RP dry as it never gives us players any room for movement. It is just, this is the story, play along and/or die.

Whats wrong with this? i like to throw things on roofs to see the players get annoyed

You throw in character items of other charas onto roof to annoy the players behind it and enjoy it than?

You are in no place to comment on aggrevating players behind characters Patric.

Oh yes, i enjoy it thoroughly...
Even though i was joking, you really think i would completely go against my chars rp to do such things? I am not some n00b you know, I do stick to Roleplay in the best of opportunities.

Look, there is again the "Nalzaxx, Retlak, Jon childs, lance thunnigan" clique holding together against everyone saying or doing something against one of them

How is this anything other than an attack on us personally?

Ok, Patric, I have nothing against you. Personally, it's none of your fucking business anyway. We are friends (The clique) , aye, and I don't like the personal attacks. All he made was a joke, which you just HAD to make into something bigger, so my words to you are, piss off.
Love,
~Eric

its funny since it were some of you "friends" who complained not long ago about players being in groups or cliques and holding together or just doing roleplay under each other. and now you are doing the same.
