Is it just me or has mining gone? I've searched all the rocks near the castle and it just says that same old 'This doesn't look like an area to mine'
Any answers?

aww, well perhaps you shold make some more subterrain mines then?
there are only about 3 or 4 now as far as i've seen.
BTW: nice job with the new open and close door stuff ^^

the only other mine to get iron is not really good,and i break all the rocks at once.

There are in total 4 mines where one can find iron ore. What do you mean with "is not really good"? The rates of success have risen alot with this update, maybe your char lacks the fitting attributes and skills?
I will check this "i break all the rocks at once", it is intended that rocks break, but not after one hit. If this is the case, we have a problem.

For what it is worth i witnessed some one mine with perfect sucess shortly after the update. Rocks did break but only after being mined for some time. So it is working at least in some places.

i dont break rocks in 1 hits but when ive gone to that mine i broke half of the iron rocks in 1 trip,and thats the only mine ive found for iron that the humans can go.

Than you maybe just dont have the attributes and/or skills to mine without breaking the rocks quick

It's true, i've a collected 50 raw gems before fully breaking a rock (Fully because they keep transforming to give diamonds, rubies ect)
I don't agree with the gold not with iron though as traveling for 5 bits then back will be quite an annoying task.
