Rhiannon wakes and reaches habitually for her diary... but it's not there...
Of course. They had left it behind. She mentally debates going back for it, but her companion seems to sense her thoughts.
"You don't need your old diary, Rhiannon. I'll buy you a new one, as soon as I can. Allright?"
Rhiannon nods tiredly, knowing she is too physically weak to go back all that way anyway. She leans against a tree trunk, and reaches tiredly for the apple nearby. She takes a small bite but feels no more hunger, her stomach having shrunk. She puts it back down and leans against the tree, breathing hard.
"Rhi? Are you allright?"
She nods slowly "Just.. tired..."
He looks down with some concern; she had already slept most of the day.. but he nods once and watches her intently as she falls asleep.
Hopeless

A slight movement ahead, he stopped short mid stride. Did he hear a voice it didnt matter his sense's these days hoaned to battle seldom lied and he was no longer alone in the woods.
Falling back on a skill of his youth he nimbly ducked into a shadow hitching his forrest green cloack tighter about him, as he approached slowly hopeing his camoflague coupled with light steps he had often used to filtch a purse would get him near enough for what he felt would be a fittingly shocking entrance.
Slideing his hand to the hilt of the large sword on his back, he straightend his shoulders and drawing a breath readied himself to step into the open.
