You hear of the crazed elf that attacked the children, attacked another human in the street right in front of the shop and due to his un co-operativeness, the human was slain but the killers escaped.

A note is pinned to the board of the town that says:

Dear foolish people of Troll's bane,

You are all declared enemies by the Synode until you co operate with us, therefore if you are attacked by a member of the synode give them your riches or you shall be slain as already shown by me. If you think that our ideas are jokes and shan't be carried out then you are at the mercy of us, and I have none.

Also, do not think that we shall be caught for the un proffesionalism of your town guard has already been shown. We attacked a human in the center of town and were not even challenged and escaped easily.

Until recently you have been entirely beneath my notice how ever your unwarrented attack on children will not go unaswered. I do not deal with filth so I shall make this painful simple an elf fitting this description.

Marik was caught today, i let him going telling him to never be talking with another synode member or found supporting them in any way. He lied to me saying he was not in the synode, such lies will be ignored

I was mistaken about the true aims of the guild, led in by the pretty words and lies, as many seem to be these days. This day's writing on the walls of Drahken's protective fort have brought me to the realization that this is not where I belong.

Because the leader of this group is not present, and as one who has heard much about the aims of this group, I feel that I must speak out at this time.

The goals of this group are *not* to attack unarmed and helpless children. The goals of this group are *not* to aid the lich Drakhen; the one who wrote that message, if a member of the Synode at all(seeing as there was no direct signature), acted without the knowledge or concsent of anyone else within the group. It seems that some of the newer members feel that the Synode is an easy way to say whatever they please and hide behind the 'anonymity' of a group. I tell you that this is not the goal of the Synode... it was not created as a haven for petty thugs and bullies. I have no doubt that when the High Priest returns, or a new one is instated, that such actions will be dealt with swiftly and harshly in the Synode's own way. I would ask that you not judge the Synode based on the errant acts of a few of its members... just as I do not judge the guard of Troll's Bane on the actions of one young upstart recruit.

Due to the Death of Misjbar and various other things I, the one some of you may know as the Mater are announcing I leave the Synode.
