Rackere Diplomatere would be in german easier than Diplomatre....arghhhh.....I am confused.....And still I like easy names

Also, the r isn't rolled that special. just the german r.

it's not a german character. It's a letter of the international phonetic alphabet. Visit the links next to the letters, can you read those?

THOSE are german letters. And I can't use english since letters in they don't have a set pronunciation... (to wound/ a wound as an example)

I just make a mental note of complex names and reconize the complexity the next time i see you. sometimes i go a little further and start to make up names that fit along lines.

Misjbar = Mis-jib-ar
Moathia = Mothia

99% of Chinese people would be able to roll those r's perfectly with no problem at all. This is because 99% can speak the official Chinese language of Mandarin, which has many rolling r sounds. Actually for some of the r sounds in the Chinese language, I think you would be the one who would have trouble pronouncing.

By the way, did you know that Sima is a famous Chinese surname? It means "Minister of War" and it's famous because it was held by the ancient historian Sima Qian and the cunning general Sima Yi.

I've always thought of the "misj" part of "Misjbar" to be pronounced like a combination of mish and midge. Am I close?

Rhiannon = REE-ann-on. Kind of obvious, though

Two very different kinds of R's. They somehow seem to be the same, but somehow, there's still some strange reason that a huge percentage of Chinese can only say.... "Oh, I am solly" =D . On the other hand, I am still always laughing when I try to teach non-Chinese people how to pronounce mandarin words that have the mandarin "rrr" sound .

Chinese "PinYin" (Roman letter spelling) - Ri
Actuall pronunciation as close as De'am can try to get it: Like if one was to pronounce "errrm..." (symbolic onomotapoeia on internet of uncertainty), but without the "e" or the "m"

Then there's one of the four vocal inflection of Mandarin that you have to put into it, which I won't even begin to explain XD .
