Well, Im haveing a heck of a time gettin this to work
I've sent in 3 stories so far, NONE of them accepted

Choose quality over quantity, that might help.
The accounts are accepted on the basis of evaluating if you could somewhat react appropriately in-character to spontaneous situations in game. If the people responsible deem your ability (judging merely on the story continuation your wrote) to be sub-par for such a thing, that's probably why your requests are not being accepted. As for others, it seems that other players have gotten in with ease.
