@Bror: Sure, I meant other games/communities. That's, why I said "a Proposal Board" and not only a single proposal.
Illarion's proposal board is the first one, I really can see to be used as it should be.
Sorry, if I expressed myself bad.

I simply don't call it "death" at all. Death only really comes when someone gets deleted or quits.
I still don't like the idea of snatching a bit of a spirit from someone who isn't dead. It just seems....weird.
As for bounties, you can put bounties on peoples head whether or not you have this "proof of death" for the bounty hunter to collect. There have been several bounties put on the rpg board before, where the death was proven through screenshot (although unrpg), so a new "proof of death" isn't going to change much. The downside of pks being motivated by a souveneir to kill for outweighs much more the fear of being put on bounty.
I would say walking spirits are really kind of dead.
And screenshots are really no proof. They can be faked very easy. Maybe even with Paint.
If you are not content with the given ideas, think up new ones. I never said, that those ideas are the perfect ones. We all only try to find something good.
I don't find this idea with the bottles very well, either, but it's the best, we have, at the moment.
I would be very pleased to read an idea without that many "magic", the bottles-idea needs.

I don't call it death because it's unrealistic that everyone can come back to life. It just isn't really death anymore when everyone knows they'll be back.
Whether screenshots can be faked or not, they've still been used and bounties have already existed before. I don't have any ideas because a new proof of death isn't important enough to the game for the troubles that it would bring anyways.
I didn't say that you said those ideas were perfect either. It just seems you don't like to hear the criticism.

Logical arguments over an unlogical issue will never come to an end..
You can discuss whether to call it death or not, but in my eyes, as long as you are able to be resurrected, you can't argue logical on this issue, but we need this to keep the game fun..
btw, I think every RPG-player should absolutely ignore "screenshot", which screen you are talking about, anyways

I really appreciate criticism, but only useful one!
Everybody can critisice me as much as he wants, but only as long as he has better ideas. I need constructive criticism!

I don't have better ideas, but just because there's no solution to a problem doesn't mean the problem shouldn't be pointed out.
