Ther seems to be a halfling trapped in the keep near the troll woods in the south east how the halfling got in is beyond me but is locked in right now

Dear members of the Knighthood,
On this day, we have accepted a new member into the Knighthood of Kallahorn. I think everyone here shall know him well, by his name, and what he brings to our Knighthood. I also do think that it bares to mention what position and title he will serve. Drethek is our newest member, please welcome him with open arms. We'd also like to announce the return of the former Squire, Kenneth Ladrus.
Also, I must stress the importance of gathering materials. A new sections on the guild parchment has been laid out for resource numbers. Currently, the list is blank due to me organizing the materials I possess. All members are expected to make small contributions to the list of needed materials.

A request for help
To the Knights of Kallahorn ,
in the recent days a group of bandits called the ronagans players
have arrived near trolls bane they have been attacking people of trolls bane at a constant robbing and even attempting to kill these murderous
fiends must be brought to justice as they have been allowed to roam free to long . It is by this i plead the knights to relay assistance to the town by exterminating these bandits or capture
They can be identified by wearing Masks over their faces
based on information i have received and found out by sources the ringleader is most likely an elf known as "WOLF"
crimes from thievery to mugging to attempted murder on all of them
Please it is by my plea that you send help to get rid of them .
