There is no judge residing right now due to the election coming up, so we have settled a recent crime without one, and it was easy since the offender has confessed. Chester Copperpot has turned himself in and gave a confession willingly, to two counts of attempted murder of non-citizens. He has paid the maximum fine allowed for two of these counts, under the laws on the main parchment. He is also banished from entering the town for a number of days. Furthermore, the next governor is instructed to reconsider Chester's property rights to the Arena if this is to happen a second time.

It seems that you have not handled the situation with Squire Deuce as you should have. His time that he agreed to has long since past and with your current situation involving the election, I'd like to bring it to the publics attention and yours that Deuce should be a free man right now. Hopefully, you comply and honor your word before your office is taken by the next, elected governor.

Two short notes are posted on the town boards. They are obviously from two different people
The first note reads:
I wish to arrange a meeting with the new Governor as soon as possible to re-establish the existing Trollsbane-Goldburg treaty.

In Response to continued aggression by members of the Knighthood of Kallahorn and the official Declaration of War upon our ally the "Town of TrollsBane", we the fair Dwarves of Goldburg hereby declare immediate hostilities upon any and all members of the "Knighthood of Kallahorn".

Conditions of Peace:
Immediate Negotiation of Peace with the "Town of TrollsBane"
Immediate compensation to victims of aggression.

Consequences of War:
When victory is obtained, by this declaration we hereby lay claim upon the "Keep" and lands of Kallahorn in perpetuity against all other claims. The "Keep" shall be destroyed, the soil salted and all memory of the "Knights of Kallahorn" shall be erased from mortal memory.

Rules of Engagement:
Goldburg shall take the field side by side with it's friends of TrollsBane, any and all aid shall be provided to them, and members of Kallahorn shall be attacked anywhere but upon recognized Neutral Territory with any and all weapons at our disposal.

Lorian McGintish and I were working on building a road down from the theatre to connect to the Eastern road. Once that is sanctioned, I will be a much happier man.

Meanwhile I am a less happy of a man, but still, I am reporting in to the new governor officially on paper this time, that the Standing Army and every soldier on their list are at the Governor's disposal for defensive response action within 100 feet (tiles) from Troll's Bane borders all around.

We do not need payment, unless you choose to reward us in the end of wars. Every soldier on the army is free to leave at any time if they don't like it. This is a force made up of patriots. The Army is here to protect you.

War was not decided by the council of Kallahorn. Kallahorn is not at war with Troll's Bane the declaration does not stand. As of now Kallahorn has no hostilities with Troll's Bane. Select members may be another story. Further, Kallahorn seeks council with the leaders of Troll's Bane.

A young bard, not even 20 years old, pins a note on the town boards, his grey eyes glancing hopefully, before he leaves the city of Troll's Bane through the East Gate.

Some days ago, my bag was taken away from me. There were no big treasures in it, only some apples, cherries, bread and my personal notes on new songs, lyrics and stories ((these notes were only rped by me all the time)). In fact, the bag is almost worthless for anyone but me. I will not try to have the thiefs caught. I will give you what I can - I am poor myself - and follow your advices for your safety, so that you give it back to me. It has personal importance for me. I will be in Varshikar, and hope I will receive a dove from you. Thank you.

Um es kurz zu fassen, die Tasche ist für jeden ausser mich so gut wie wertlos. Ich werde nicht versuchen die Diebe ins Gefängnis zu bringen. Ich werde Euch geben was Ihr verlangt - wobei ich selber arm bin - und alles tun, was Eure Sicherheit gewährleisten mag, wenn ich im Gegenzug diese Tasche wieder bekommen könnte. ~Cessation of Hostilities against the Knighthood of Kallahorn~

In Response to the 'Amnesty' granted by the Governor of TrollsBane to the members of Kallahorn, current and former, as well as his order to cease all hunts and actions, we the fair dwarves of Goldburg hereby withdraw our "Declaration of War" against the current/former members of the "Knighthood of Kallahorn", their allies and accomplices.

May War never darken this Isle ever again, but may peaceful trade, friendship and prosperity prevail.
