I am more than honored by the land and opportunity you grant me, Mayor Bottoms, to start my new guild, "Gobaith's Tailoring Guild". Hoping to start myself a new future, and forget all of the past.

With the farm I have purchased, herding two pigs in Varshikar, next to the library, I am hoping that the Gobaith's Tailoring guild will be a prosperous, and useful guild to all, any anyone is welcomed to join it.

Liebe Mitbürger,

der Bürgermeister gab folgendes bekannt:
--

--
Dies wird unsere Vorfreude natürlich in keinster Weise mindern!

Möge Zhambra Euren Weg erhellen.

Friends,

It seems a freak blizzard has swept into Gobiath, preventing us from seeing anything. If it doesn't let up soon, we may have to cancel this year's Harvest Festival.

Do not worry though, I'll plan another event soon to replace it.

We'll see about this storm.

Oh no, please don't cancel it... there are a lot of people around... :-(

I hope the Storm will go again soon,

Great idea Calenleia, let's not stop the festival, let's just die in the blizzard. Clever. If it continues it will definately be cancelled, or at least postponed, which is a shame. 2 years in a row the festival has been interupted. Hopefully not the next.

~William Elderberry~

Ah excellent, the storm has cleaned up. The festival will continue.

I know, but you can't have a onionball tournament if you can't even see the onion?
I don't see what else I could do? I can't control the weather and it seems winter has come early this year.

Friends,

WE'll have to cancel the rest of the festival.

We tried as long as the sun was out, but the weather has turned again.

I will try to plan more events with fewer people in mind in the future, so we may all enjoy them without the weather interfering.

Thank you all for the success we have had so far.

If I find the time to come... I can translate....but only if you speak slowly ;-)

One of your sentences has a diffrent sence... it must be like that: Nichtbürger und Besucher werden gebeten zu gehen.

Also you`re very engaged (hope its the right word!) in speaking the old language... respect!

Dear citizens,

I wanted to remind you all about the town meeting tomorrow.

To Date, I have added the following citizens:
Calenlia - a wonderful lady who is always eager to help.
Amras Telemnar
Alderin
Caliban - Will be building a food shop soon with Saril.
Saril Gilgalad
Feldro
Xandrai Feanor
Laghras Kantun - has graciously volunteered to serve as a deputy.
William Camrick - a 'lawyer' has asked to serve the town. I have appointed him as an Alderman to make use of his legal insights.

After careful consideration, I have decided to also approve Grant as a citizen. He has helped protect Greenbriar several times against ogres and skeletons, and I have heard that he has repented of his former ways. He would make a fine addition to Greenbriar.

Hope to see all of you at our town meeting!
Thank you,
~Dusty Bottoms, Mayor

Mayor Bottoms,

I read through the laws as you asked and when you get a chance, I need to discuss some issues about the Laws, both hamlet and county, that you might want to address in todays meeting. Unfortunately I will be unable to attend at that time. Thanks.
