I was speaking with Samantha Solay. I didn't do anything out of the ordinary that might crash the server.

I had minimised the client,
I then maximised and all was arrows instead of sprites.
I minimised again and returned with a graphic error remaining
I logged out and server crashed in that "second"...

For the server crash last night (about 5 am GMT) I got an interesting message when I tried to log back in. It was not WSAE connect refused--it said something like "There are no available (somethings) in your area". I can't remember the wording, but it sounded like it was saying the server was too busy--which is the message I got when I tried to visit the Illarion page then.

This message usually pops up when you either warped to an non existing area or the area is crowded with monsters. Refering to Nitram the server crashes when some monsters want to respawn but there is no tile available.

Japheth. If this happens, check you position on the gm tool. And change it. But save you old position, to check, why it was impossible, to spawn you there. Map changes can be a reason too.

I didn't reload the server, for 3 days.

Hm...I think you are referring to papo... Nitram?!
However...I restarted the server 2 days ago, I think.
Papoitsi wrote:it said something like "There are no available (somethings) in your area".
This happens when you turn clipping off and log out while standing on a non walkable area with no walkable tiles around. When you log back on clipping is activated again and the server does not find a place where it could put you without risking you being drowned or burned or something else. A player should never get this message though (except after a map update which I didn't do or when trying to log into an area which is too crowded to find a free tile, e.g. with monsters from extensive fr).
