That one was build in to keep all you people happy and to make fun of Ardian; Hi Ardian, how goes?
(jokes especially insiders become stale once you have to explain them

So... nobody remembers an old demon named Bacaimosh or something?
This is almost as old as Drakhen's first ever appearance.

Still alive. Still alive. I'm getting ever so close to finishing....
Still balancing monster/equipment stats by playing through the game, and I've got about 3/4 of it done. After that it'll just be the last 2 areas left to design, the battle sprites and animation overhaul, and some little things.

They named the game after the waiting period.

Ahem... in unrelated news, I hereby rename my game to Illarion Forever....
Yeah, it'll probably take me between 6 months and a year, at least...
Also, clicking on my homepage button without discussions will help me work faster by providing me with more entertainment while I work...

I thought talking about piracy on these boards were illegal? If I'm not mistaken, that does not exclude what I can only guess is emulation from the word "Emulator" in that horribly jarbled sentence.

It's not piracy if you own the stuff.

Heres a classic question.
Why emulate something, when you could, I dont know, play it on the media it was designed for?

Because it's Chrono Trigger on a handheld games console, that's the thing of dreams.
Someone needs to do a straight port of Dungeon Keeper onto DS. >_>

Well "soon" you will be able toplay Chrono Trigger DS anyway no need to emulate it then.

Oooh silly me., I get it now, all those wierd jibberish things you said ment you were emulating it on DS. I get your point.
But I'm still gonna wait for the release date.

Yeah there's an extra dungeon and wireless compatibility, so hopefully multiplayer

.
I hope they don't go touch screen crazy though. Or make the graphics into horrible 3D.

I saw a demonstration of it
it looks like a direct port except with 32bit colour and not 16bit colour.

Anyways, not much to update in terms of screenshots, since I haven't really mapped anything new or spectacular lately, except a few revamps of old places. I've mostly been working on technical stuff for the last half a year or so. Maybe I'll post shots of the database or something some time. Right now I'm working on Eldamar, which basically consists of the "Elven Community" and some citizens of Tol Vanima. I'm looking at the old Elven Community website and drawing on some of the old texts there as tidbids that'll come up in conversations and small tasks around the village.

Hmm, can someone provide me with a list of Troll's Bane NPCS, their race and sex, and what type of wares they sell in general (such as medicine)?

by Vern Kron
Medicine = Tony Baggins, halfling male, outside hospital.
Eliza = Weapons and Armor both at poor quality for a high high price! Female Lizard, she has her own shop.
Morgan = Leather armors, dagger, short sword, and some food stuff (bread, honey, roasted ham, really expensive mushroom soup)
Three npc's north of Eliza's shop(Marcus is the tailor and others trade coins and sell coins) = Commonly used items, coal, tailoring items, cloth, wood, pins. Also, one of them exchanges money. All male humans.
Borgate = Local barkeep, with all types of drinks, and drinking items. No solid foods though.
There is also a male dwarf in the workshop who sells a few weapons and helmets, and ingots.
There is -also- one gnome in the library that doesn't sell anything.. female I think. One new npc that heals your character immediatly by the hospital underneath a tree.
There is also a very friendly drunk at the north gate who claims to be part of the guard. The town feels safer already as you script the human male.
Side comment: IG there are names being switched around, and I pulled these from memory. They should be right, but some of them I had forgotten.

Ignore the above post, it's mostly wrong.
Bosper Watz, Human, Male, Stable (near north gatehouse) - Packing mules.
Maris Maroqu, Human, Male, North shop - Cloth tailor
Onor, Human, Male, North shop - Exchanges coins (could be used as a bank?)
Mugush, Human, Male, North Shop - General trader (grain, coal, bottles, pins, cotters, ore, wood, seeds).
Morgan Freeman, Human, Male, East Gatehouse - Food, leather armour and small weapons like shortswords and daggers.
Borgate Northoff, Dwarf, Male, Fluffy Sheep tavern - Alcoholic beverages.
Eliza, Lizard, Female, South shop - Weapons and armour.
Marcus, Human, Male, South shop - Initiates the thief quest.
Gambret Mandarett, Human, Male, Fluffy Sheep tavern cellar - Doesn't sell, but buys cutlery, dishes, goblets, bottles and glasses.
Eltareon, Used to be an male elf and once a male human, now male gnome, Library - Librarian.
Sorgan Stonemate, Dwarf, Male, Workshop - Axes, ingots, armours and helmets.
Zathrot, Lizard, Male, Just south of Seahorse Inn - Fish, combs, ropes, lamps and rods.
Water Ferender, Human, Male, Outside hospital - Tells about diet and heals wounds and poison.
Harold Pathwalker, Human, Male, Outside hospital - Gives information about the town.
Tony Baggins, Halfling, Male, Just outside hospital entrance - Plants, dye, potions (all except mana), pipes and white cloth.
Gloarn, Human, Male, Pig pen - Nothing, just a boy who periodically farts, picks his nose etc.
Nebaar, Human, Male, Southwest gatehouse - Portal books.
Lurandir, Elf, Male, Southwest of Lake Adron - Initiates Irundar quest.
Feliam Wardstrok, Halfling, Male, At fields just south of town - Food and farming tools.
Augham, Human, Male, Just outside North Gatehouse - Drunk guard, sells nothing, just rants on.
(To the north/south shop thing, the shop now has a wall down the middle and two main rooms, so I called them north shop and south shop).
Hope this helps.

Wow, that's very detailed. Thanks a lot, Alex.
That's also twice as much NPCs as I thought there was.
