Dear Lasukie-Kai Elaskie,
Doing some researchs in the library, there was found a notice from Neon (at this time member of the Grey Light), having a dream like the library should be build. He talked this dream to Damien and the GL and the GR build up the library and paid for it. As you see, there is also a notice of Sturm Feuerklinge, who founded first as a part of the GL in the first days of April the GR. So your words are proofen wrong about the library.
Neons dream
And for Eliza. She build her shop with the first settlers. Ask Damien, who is the one, which lifed on this iland for the longest. His rememberance goes back to the first things, happening here.

What kind of murder scene are you talkin about?
If you are talking about Darloks slaughtering of those halflings, then I can only say that things beyond my control did not allow me to interfere.
I am only a Knight of the Grey Rose, the last of us who joined the circle, and I can not simply ignore decisions made by our High Circle long before I even arrived on this island. As much as I dislike this situation, I can not take any steps against this special person unless the High Circle allowes me to.
I do not like Darlok, I do not like this treaty and I absolutely do not like the fact that I can not do anything but standing around in such situations.
But I also do not like the idea of forcing our town into another, never ending, brutal war by just taking one false step towards Darlok. Unlike some persons might believe, does the Grey Rose try to keep peace and order so everyone can have a better life. And because of the same reasons we participated in the development of the Lyrenzia Foundation.

Although the victims of wars are always the inncents a war is almost never started between innocents, but people who can not accept their failures, need to prove their pride or just wish what they do have no right to own. It was nothing different with this special war. And because of the same facts it is impossible to stop a war in the heat of battle, you can only stop it in between battles, by convincing both parties to lay down arms and solve their problems in a non violent manner. And exactly this was what the Grey Rose tried to do. Of course this is not visible to everyone in the public, as most of the discussions are made behind the scenes and only results are presented afterwards.
We may not have had direct influence in the peace talks but we talked to Darlok, convincing ourselves that his wish for peace is not just a bad trick. And we told him not to make the streets of Troll's Bane become a battlefield again. At some point we would have enough and stop this, regardless of which treaties we had signed.
The Grey Rose is an organisation who takes its task serious enough to consider what results our actions would cause. Yes, this slows us down, but I think it is worth it.

Yesterday morning I had a problem in town. A female elf brought in monsters to town. I had to battle a mummy with my magic and my wits alone. At first I thought she did it on accident, then she comes back with a skeleton. Fortunetly I was not the only one battleing it, a male elf archer named Avrillon helped me put it down. But it was hard. No more then 5 minutes later the female elf comes into town again with another mummy, after a female halfing kills the mummy the female elf takes the insides then goes and fetches a new mummy. She did this quite a few times.
Because of this problem I propose a new rule under the Lyrenzia Foundation. It should be illegal for people to repeatedly bring in monsters to town. 1 mummy killed about 2 people before I stopped it. The skeleton got even more. Now, I understand, not many people can out run a skeleton or mummy and therefore must go to town for aid. But is it right? Many people die because you decide to bring a monster to town, few actually wear armor in town and are quickly disbatched.
So I hope the Lyrenzia Foundation can make it illegal to bring monsters to town more then 3 times in a row. Or something like that.

Grant Herion,
Right now, you might interpret her actions as an unjust engagement of battle or an attempt to kill without a valid reason. If you can reasonably believe that she brought monsters into town on purpose, you might consider that endangering townsfolks into engaging these monsters is not much different than attacking one of the townsfolks with her own hands.
As it can be rather difficult to define many varous aspects of what should be justifiable or valid reasons to engage in battle, there is no clear definition in Lyreniza right now. However, with the Public Voting system to be hopefully completely in a few days, we may soon be able to begin resolving these types of issues into clearly defined wordings.

The Lyrenzia Foundation has added the following existing contracts of ownership to their agreements:
The Ceremonial Cave was founded by the first settlers and is now owned by the public and maintained by its occupants during the time of its occupancy.

Heh, if you're going to make that rule, though, you have to do it all the way. You might think this is pathetic, but someone brought flies into town and I died.

You are correct, most people do not wear armour in town, and even something as small as a fly can kill people... or just me... but still, I'm proving a point here.

I have a question. Shouldn't slander be made a crime? It can be just as bad as killing them, for it can ruin their business and have an outcome of having them killed by others if the slander is percieved as truth. Slander should be defined as allegations without proof, I think...

He slandered your name? Don't ask me how that works...
Did he have evidence you did it? Do you have evidence you didn't?

He has no evidence against me and yes, by the time I was strong enough to fight any monsters they were gone.

Well, this slander law is no law yet, just a proposal.
