There were more attacks and monsters outside the gates of Trollsbane earlier today, all people are cautioned when traveling the roads in and around the town.

A contract between Trollsbane and the Druids:

The Town of Trollsbane recognizes that the Hospital Building is owned and operated by the Druids of the Forest. No ruler(s), present or future, can claim tax upon this building or the land as long as the Druids own it, and as long as the building is being used to heal and aid the public. No longer doing so will void this agreement. The Druids will also accept that they will abide by all Trollsbane law on their land.

Damien, and any other owners of the library are in violation of the Trollsbane property laws, the specific law stated below:

7. Failure to produce proof of ownership can lead to reclaim of property by the town. Refusal to pay tax at any point forfeits your property. Missing 3 tax periods ((3 weeks)) will lead to the same thing.

This is the third tax period where no word has been even given on this. The second floor of the library has proven no use to our town at the present time, and no one has done anything with it in ages, and I think it is time that changes, and it becomes public property once more.

In the battles over the last few months, it was not used as a safe haven, other places were. And also, the first floor of the library will never change from its original use.

The Town Jail lock has been officially changed, and I have a few new keys for it. This is needed because other groups like the Knighthood abused the fact Brer gave them keys. Criminals also had keys to this jail, so I decided to end this problem once and for all, and now those keys are useless.

Yes, a new one for this coming week. The Negros attack delayed our last one, it fell on the same day, about the time as the planned meeting. Hopefully there will be no further delay because this will be a critical meeting for the town. Non-citizens welcome as well.

It will be held a week from today ((Next Sunday, November 5th, 3PM Eastern, not sure of GMT with the time change, it's about -3/-4 GMT)) at the tavern as always, hopefully drinks will be there.

There seems to be a blur around the policy of Trollsbane has for citizenship, so I will deal with that right here.

1) There is no fee for citizenship.
2) Dual Citizenship is NOT allowed.


Those considered dual citizens OR ineligable:
1) Their name appears on a list for another town.
2) They have passed away (died).
3) Declared open hostility or war on the town.
4) Belong to a non-Trollsbane based guild or group, to which loyalty belongs to another land or person besides the town.


The citizen list had many issues with this, and it is updated to reflect this policy, which is no different than it ever has been really.

But I fear I have to add, that the current active guards, don't trust the new captain of the town guard.

The old guards won't be around that much longer.

But we wish the new Captain of the Royal Guard more luck with keeping peace in town, then we had. He should look for new recruits to keep the number of the guards up, even after some old ones left.
