First of me just gots to say this. Me not got such decisions of chief. That only for him to pick orcs who he think be good council men and thus me can not pick you for that although yous could probably make good council man. We wait until cheif get back for that. Also all skulls. Me want to tell you that something important come up and me want you all who be active come to ogre cave entrance at following times so we talks about matter. Cheif is not around right now and with me thinking (as temporary guider) and me must say that we was sorry for orc pok'ash attack on Cuderon elf. But as of right now me not sure. Old council members like me stated before not around and me not know what cheif would wants as decision. For as of right now let us stays neutral as you sees no tension have rosen between skulls and grey rose since and will stay this way. All old orcs involved in this have either died or left clan. Only few orcs left and right now we focus on reform within clan. Nothing more will be heard of from us against grey rose in such matter so as of now me suggest postpone peace agreement as me not cheif. Skulls have new goal, not to hunt or massacre like in what orcs do...but gain respect, and this will be done as true goals once be. Me think should have same rules for all members...maybe when chief say have fight demons times different and we haves many members so only strong warriors allowed in. Now clan need reform we can no be picky and need try get many members as can.

Me heared there were incoming orcs lately and would like to bring this matter back up. The skulls are always looking for loyal orcs and I bring this up again as I said a sentence. Back here be the guide lines the orc must follow to join clan. The orc have to be good orc and stand up for cause. So any orc that want to join sign name here and we make out meeting to see skills and if you good enough to be in clan in strength and honor. Quote of guidelines from before.

"A new orc who wishes to joins us has to swear loyalty to the clan as a whole and swear that one not give skulls bad name. True purpose of clan somehow died ago. We are a clan of honor, we are clan that have come up from back to founders of clan. Veralion, Kzarak, and Gurok had in mind a clan that would give orcs name back. We earn our rightful place amongst other races. This is what me want it to be. Sole purpose me joined this clan was cause of this and it seem it not what it used to be. Any orc joining this clan must understand this and accept it as one of our goals.

Another thing is that orc must know how to control certain situations and must be strong enough to be worthy opponent. Orc must be able to at least kill Mummies with ease and be able to kill skeleton with not much difficulty either. This show strength. No matter how you do it, just long as you live. If you wish to join seek me out. Me test strentghs of you. This case that orc must be strong cause that what skulls are. Strong independent orcs that not rely on other races to raise us, but only for trade. We will make orcs of this island and of all Illarion from lands beyond island that we worthy companions as forbarers said before. Therefor orc must have qualities like this. We not need orcs who go around killing for no reason. That show that we are like the image we have gathered over time. The orc also must not be strong physically but mentally with pride. This is what a true skull must have as well or it will not be possible to support his own clan. Pride is loyalty to his clan. "
