My good friend Elaralith..
I know that some people are missing me but I have certain things that must be solved. The wedding is not happening till I can find people with time and enough interest on helping me. I am sure that we have things to discuss and I miss you too.

Dear elves...
i was wondering, if we coul arrange a meeting one fine evening - i would love to meet the newcomers to the community and also meet the older members, since i do not think that i have had the opportunity to meet all of you. and besides, would it not be high time we had some little party?

Cain Freemont looks through the heaps of papers on the wall before finally finding what he was searching for: The Elven Community Thread. Picking up a feather pen, he writes:
Lady Morgaine Le Fay and the rest of the Community who might still be out there,
It seems that these days there are few who participate in the active portrayal of one's opinion. I, for one, would love to have some sort of meeting...a time where we could gather to talk about everything happening and find out just who is actually around these days...It looks to me as though not many wish to participate perhaps in part of Kalypse's busy, and sometimes unavailable schedule. This, of course, is no fault of her own, and I am sorry to know that she has the burden of so many things on her shoulders. However, even in light of this current event, we must still function like a community if we wish to continue calling ourselves one. It saddens me to see an entire civilized community die out slowly, which it is, very slowly. I would like to call all members who are still reading this board to make a post to show their willingness to work for what they have joined, to band together and create the community that Kalypse would want...even in her long absences. Show that you still care, please. That is all.
Sincerely,
Your fellow Community Member,

I know I am not an elf, but I must agree with Cain.
It disheartens me to see such a valiant and benevolent Community die out.
Simonic Jace, within me, wishes love, happiness and luck to all within the Community, as do I!

I think it's a very good idea to have a meeting
and I really want to meet the other members of the community.
Athulus
This saddens me

Cain Freemont searches, yet again, through a large clump of papers just to reach the Elven Community Topic. Saddened by the lack of response on his calling to the Community, he writes:
My dearest kin of this Community,
I am very saddened on this day by your lack of motivation over such a long period. Another month I have waited...hoping for response, but it seems not many care anymore. There were a couple, Athulus and Brendan Mason (who is not even an elf!), who were motivated to actually make their thoughts known, yet the rest have turned tail and hid from the rest of the world. This is a darkening time, we need the motivation of many to acheive happiness amongst us. Band together! Let us at least meet again and see who remains!
Sincerely yours,

Hello Fellow Elves,
Iam new to the Island. I am intrested in joining the elf com. What would I have to do to get in the com?

Greetings fellow elves!
Not from lack of motivation is it that I have not responded to this call. And I am sure it is the same with many others. I put my full support behind this gathering of the elves which as not occurred for too long. Unfortunately I cannot attend anytime soon...((technical difficulties-> email-application system)) It would be my pleasure to see you all as soon as possible the Light willing.

Greetings my dear elven friends!
It is with great happiness that I come back and see these posts. You can count on me for anything that is possible for me to do to make that happen... I myself miss many of you... I have been kept away from you for quite some time, but I do hope we can make that happen.
Your dearest friend,
Kalypse.

In the forest where our Community lies, there is room for all but that which is evil. James, if you are a elf of good heart and mind you would be welcome in the Community I am sure.

Dear elvish friends,
I was wondering if you would accept an older orcish man of 120 into your clan.I know I know I am an orc and there for usually assosiated with violence and killing, but I was made for one purpoise my good people; to keep peace thriving as well as economics going through the roof.My friends , not many remember me but i have never been in a fight, and I am on good terms with all. If you would accept an old orc who would only fight for the well being of the good in a war that is I would be honored to join a renound, peacefull society as yours.
good day great friends, and comrades

@Cain #me smiles Thanks! It's supposed to be an female elf priestess stretching out hand to Heal someone

@Kloan If you indeed uphold peace, love, and happiness then I am sure you would be welcome. For membership and listing it would probably be best to talk to Kalypse.
@Monsoon Hmmm...As far as I know the Elven Community welcomes all into its home who have no evil intent, but as for members only elves can be members....any help or advice you have I am sure would be welcome though!

@Kloan We are a tightly knit group of elves that support each other. We value friendship, love, and peace. We seek peace, truth, and justice. As a community we plan things and work towards them together. For example we plan on building a city of the elves in the forest in the near future. Also we are good citizens of Trollsbane and uphold our values. No thieves, murderes and the like are allowed. As we are a community, we have many unique people and so we do many things that other groups do not do. We have fighters, mages, farmers, healers, priests etc in our community that all do many things. The fighters may protect the town and the healers heal others etc. To learn more visit our dwelling that lies deep within the forest at

It seems your dwelling in the forest hasn't been touched for quite some time. ((It hasn't been updated since two months ago!))

Hmm...it would seem so, would it not? Perhaps we have not done anything with it lately as a result of Kalypse's busy schedule... Although, we cannot blame Kalypse for the seeming unmotivation and persistant schedules of others either...

You speak in riddles sometimes my friend

Life has taught me many things... Many of my thoughts are in riddle. Anything that cannot directly be answered could also be considered a riddle, could it not, dear friend?

by Sevious Helios
Hmm life itself is one big riddle. It puzzles the mind to any being no matter how clever and wise they are. Am I not right friend?

Posted: Thu Jan 09, 2003 2:00 am
by Cain Freemont
Life does not merely clutter the minds of people, my dear friend. The moment you truly discover the reality of what is going on around you, things become more difficult to comprehend. Tis why so many live in blissful ignorance, some do not know... and some do not wish to know.

I agree but sometimes the truth is what helps others take control of themselves if this makes any sense to you.

by Cain Freemont
Perhaps we should begin posting these things in a separate area, so as not to take up space in the Elven Community's thread...
Posted: Thu Jan 09, 2003 2:53 am
by Sevious Helios
I agree this is the last space I will take up well maybe not but I know I will not post here again unless it has something to do with the community or with elves in particular.

@Sevious Helios
You say that our dwelling has not changed much more two months? #me smiles That is no significant amount of time at all. You must remember Sevious that we are elves and time runs differently for us than it does for humans. Two months seems is but a second in ekven reckoning

. Not long at all.

Then if it is a second the days must all be a flash in your eyes you make it sound. Is this not correct?
