And why? I thought we named two reasons, one being the part where you do not give him a chance.

I feel he is not cut out for running a city, especially when he can't decide what lady he wishes to stick with.
At least he should be put into a election, if he comes out a changed man, I will be content.

So, romantic relationships is the basis of government?

Interesting

Not quite. Some say that your romantic lives are what you come out to be.
In this case, Stephen is a cheater, and a liar. Just like he had cheated on his poor wife, Bailey Thunnigan.

I see, so I suppose that we could conclude some interesting insight into how you act as a person then, can't we.

I will refrain from any further comments as to not to insult you.

stop bringing that point up, it is completley pointless. you can't say that he is a bad governor because you are unhappy, or that there's a rebelion going on. you and others have brought it up many times before. you can't say he's a bad governor because your un-happy, it's just silly.

~Allen~
You can though say that he is a bad govenor because many are unhappy, as shown by this board.

Signed,

Scipio,

so your reasons are,

1. the town is unhappy....you don't really know why it's unhappy, but it is. if you don't even know what your unhappy about how do you know that getting rid of a great governor will help?

2. he has had a few girlfriends. Is there a limit on how many you must/must not have to be governor? I have seen this affecting his job one bit, and therefore, is completely irrelevant.

Dear All who will listen

I am a registered citizen of Trollsbane, and I was also a recruit of the guard...

Stephen, is indeed doing a great job of running trollsbane, and oyu can't deny that fact.

However, the part which sours everyone is the fact that he has no right over it. Its true he is a good leader, but he shouldn't be allowed the town.

If I beleive that I can run a guild or community, I do not just take over the guild; even if i do a better job.

And the fact that he is the leader of the strongest army of Knights on the island, would make it a military takeover.

I have nothing person against Mister Rothman, however; he stole the town, and although it is passing through its golden age, I have to ask whether he ever deserved to have it.

So, then the building and expansion of the town which people have worked hard on, should stop?

Again, you misunderstand...

Stephen is a good governer.. thats a fact.. yet it doesn't alter the fact that he had no right to Trollsbane.

Let me use a metaphor...

If I have a sword, yet I'm not a swordsman, you still haven't got the right to steal it from me, even if you are going to slay dragons...

Has it been understood?

I understood the first time, you did not reach the conclusion that I did. If we let him give back trollsbane, then the expansion will not take place.

So here comes the question:

SHould you do that which is right?
Or that which is best for the town?

If a theif doesn't take the money from someone else's pocket, he will starve... that will make stealing the best for him.. but doesn't make it right.

Building the town up to accomodate for greater things, is the right thing to do.

from what I know, there was no governor before Stephen. therefor it's a man taking something on the ground. out of what's best for all of us is what's right. And besides, Stephen started an election. you have nothing to complain about now.

Then you known incorrectly good sir... Miss Bailey used to run the town, and before her.. I remember Pendar...

Ok.. let me gather an army of lizards and take over greenbrair then...

And by holding an election, he asserted that he OWNED trollsbane... which is incorrect... He has no right to hold an election, since he never had a right over the town.. its like me deciding to hold an election in Varshikar

Didn't everyone ask for an election? He holds one, and now he has no right to hold one?

I meant there was no Governor currently when he became one. not that there had never been a governor.

and now this is just silly, you don't want any governor at all? you all beg, and plead for an election, we give you one, and now your mad that we did? it's not like an election in varshikar, it's like some from what you say, town that isn't owned by anyone. it hsa been without a leader for some time. then a villiger comes out and says he's holding an election to get one, and all the villigers shout at him because he doesn't own the town.

so far, what you want, is the town to have no governor

Have I any right over that which isn't mine?

Have I any voice to say what happens to that which isn't my own?

Trollsbane was never Master Rothman's by any right, so therefore he has no right to decide what is doen with it...

At the very least, he is a citizen. And as a citizen, he has a right to try to strat up an election, that the entire town wants except for you.

Hold up, everyone in Varshikar needs to ask Darlok for permission for anything. Or perhaps everyone on this island should ask the faeries for permission for everything? You're a lunatic, everything you say is absolute nonsense.
