yet another WSAECONNREFUSED question...

ok so i get the WSAECONNREFUSED error message. i am running Windows ME, have DirectX 9.0, Pentium III 800 mhz, 256 ram. but im also behind a firewall and a gateway. is there a port or anything i need to open to solve this problem? i tried opening port 3008 but nothing changed.

i appriciate any help i can get on this subject

If you read around a bit I am sure you would have noticed the server is offline, this is why you cannot connect.
