The player of Sess'sth looks at the picture martin made, and laughs histerically. After a few hours of laughing, he thinks he should tell martin something.

Its funny how mean you can get! But you WERE telling the truth.

The player of Sess'sth desides he will change his computer's backround the the picture that martin made.

Yes it's been my background since Tuesday, gives the family a good laugh whenever they turn the computer on.

Martin's English in the picture is as dodgy as Gerard's graphics.

Keep trying Gerard, and I'm sure you'll get there soon enough.

Usually don't stick my head in the graphics forum, but this line was utterly worth it! I think I love Martin now! LMAO!

What does *that* mean?

Just to be sure:
* If you were announcing that you collect something like leather, this should have been posted on the RPG-forum
* If you were announcing that you "collect" online games, , this should have been posted on the off-topic-board
* If you were suggestiong that there should be more possibilities to collect things in illarion, , this should have been posted on the proposal-board

In any case, this does not fit on this board.

@Viola: Take good care, as my fanclub does not only have friends... ;)

Okay, this isn't the best, but its not half bad... I think. Although they look more like snowflakes than throwing stars, but... take a look for yourself.

paul, helpful hint: render them to the size you want to use them, looks much nicer.

These things won't look nice, no matter in what size you render them.

I don't really want to be mean, but I am a bit of martin criticizing everyones work. They try hard and you know he is just going to say it is crap. Give some advise. Then everyone agrees with him. I wonder why? I am not saying martin is a bad designer.

Ahh! Don't ask him for advice! Last time that happened he spent all his time writing a post of it and he never had time to make a new orc graphic he was doing!

If its crap what else do you expect him to say? Imagine he did put some of these in the game, imagine how shit the game would be then!

Argh, not talking about your's Paul. I couldn't even see yours for some reason. I meant some of the graphics I have seen here in the past, I won't name anyone.

I am not saying put all the graphics in the game, more of that give some constructive criticism, don't bring them down.

Personally I respect Martin's unleanient opinion because of the honesty. If you want advice go see the graphic faq. When people put you down doesn't that make you strive to be better?

I like the black ring too,
@grobul. Actually I think if you gave them pointers then that would make them work harder. This is just an opinion.

I think the white ring is just slightly too sharply focused (if you get what I mean) the black one looks slightly boo out of focused or blurred. But they still look pretty good, imo.

The male's stone looks good but some problems arise. They aren't gold, and I can't tell if there is a gem in the woman's ring or a big lump of silver. I was bored so I took a whack at making a man's ring.

I think it's rather obvious which is mine.

You won't get as much critics from Martin if you would start to critizise your work yourself ;)
I know that you can be too proud of your own creation to notice the faults in it, so just leave it for some days and look at it again and you might notice some problems you didn't see before.

@ Zerbus:
I like the silver one. I don't know about the other one, it somehow does not fit in with the other rings. The others might be right, it looks slightly blurred.
Let's see what Martin has to say.
