2) Sorry, I do not read the e-mails. I've played this game a long time ago, I would not mind helping out in reading mail. (Though I just joined the forum today.)

I no idea when the mail will be lowered. Maybe a week or a month.

1) May of been rejected because of username.
2) Sent too many e-mails.
3) Typed in wrong password.

Maybe you just need to wait a little longer.
Remember, they get many e-mails.

ive been waiting a while 2 this name is good for an elf right (Zelarion)
on my email first when i had 1 mail it said:"Please visit this link to complete the account request" then i pushed on the link it said "Thank you! Your account request for 'Zelarion' was registered successfully. Please wait patiently until you get an answer from us." and i waited then i
saw a mail in my e-mail there it said:"Your account request for 'Zelarion' (password: 'Secret' was registered
successfully.

then i waited and waited and i didnt get a message

Did you say Duo Maxwell???!!! what kind of name is that?! think past! no one had a name like that, even weird elf names don't come close to that. Think realistic, name rules are STRICT here. and the other name i don't know. Illarion takes place ina kind of european theme, but your name is kind of like asian, soooo, it might, and it might not, higher chance if it is for a human, smaller chance otherwise.
