Can we add characters?

I know Galadriel isn't accepting any new accounts, but does that mean that already exisitng accounts cannot add characters to their accounts?

1. its Galdriel not Galadriel

- you are mixing Galadria and Galdriel

2. adding a char to an existing account should be no problem, but it was said that people should not overdo it

meaning that it would very much annoy them, if you added hundrets und hundrets of chars...

Seeing as how she was going to clean her mailbox or something like that I do not think adding chars will be available either as you use the same initial system that a new player would. It is less work than for an entier new player but still if she is not reading mails it would likley be missed, so I would wait until she says accounts are accepted again...but I do not know for sure only Galdriel does
