Eliven is not playable, and I was sent an E-mail saying that he was indeed active. Can you look into this?

the char exists, but as it seems you dd not specify him, when you asked for your account

I certainly did, I have a copy of my e-mail that I sent to Cosmaterra.
It specified that Eliven was my 5th character.
Please fix this problem...

the point is, that you will have to go the same way, anybody does and apply via the application form.
without that mail i am not going to send the name within the approval file to shivoc..

OH HECK!!

Whats so damned bloody difficult to enter this bloody name into the
accountapplication field on this webpage, confirm the mail and wait a few days....
i have better things to do, than search through 3 different e-mailaccounts and the boardaccount to get together the possibly approved charakters...
