Current Trials and Arrest Warrants

Post by Drathe »

~ Current Trials ~

Bidukan - A trial has been called for by Deanna of Runewick against Bidukan of the Rangers, for high treason against the council of Runewick. “Bidukan has not only publicly disobeyed an order of a council member, but has further incited disobedience. With this treason Bidukan has not only endangered the security and internal order of Runewick, but he has also committed a breach of oath." Bidukans whereabouts are currently unknown but the trial will commence in his absence if necessary. An arrest warrant is not required. A date is to be set.

Aswe - The trial of Aswe has not been fully concluded due to ongoing events and will yet to be for sometime. After discussion it has been concluded that the charges heard by the court were left wanting in their defense. As such Aswe has been found guilty and is fined a sum of 5 gold coins with no further charges or continuation of current trial if agreed to. Once the sum of 5 gold coins has been paid the case is closed, Runewick would welcome her back on an improvement of attitude should she wish it. - Fine paid, trial concluded.

~ Current Arrest Warrants ~

Reace and Acerd - The current arrest warrants have been suspend. But the evidential request by Runewick from Cad still stands.

Norayil - The current arrest warrant is quashed, there will be no further action or recourse.

Fergro - The current ban has been served. The fine of 25 gold coins has been quashed. The Rangers are watching. There will be no further action or recourse.

I would like to thank our Rangers for the thankless work they do and continue to do under difficult circumstances. They can not always air on diplomacy and must fall back on balanced judgment when prosecuting their work against those who wish not to be so. That said, none are above redress and the laws they uphold are also upheld against them, as is right and fair.
