Indictment against / Anklage gegen - Bidukan

Utilizing the provision of Runewick's Third Regulation, Article IV, Clause D, I bring charges and request a trial against Bidukan.

The charge is:
High Treason against the Council of Runewick.

Substantiation:
Bidukan has not only publicly disobeyed an order of a council member, but has further incited disobedience.
With this treason Bidukan has not only endangered the security and internal order of Runewick, but he has also committed a breach of oath.

Unter Berufung der Regelung nach Runewicks dritter Verordnung, Artikel IV, Satz D, erhebe ich Anklage und beantrage ein Verfahren gegen Bidukan.

Die Anklage lautet:
Hochverrat gegen den Rat der Stadt.

Begründung:
Bidukan hat nicht nur einer Anordnung eines Ratmitglieds öffentlich widersprochen, sondern außerdem zum Ungehorsam aufgerufen.
Mit diesem Hochverrat hat Bidukan nicht nur die Sicherheit und innere Ordnung Runewicks gefährdet, erschwerend kommt hinzu, dass er damit einen Eidbruch geleistet hat.
