The teleporter in Runewick cannot be used. The area is enveloped in magical flames that cannot be extinguished.
The cause is probably related to the events in the Mas.
Furthermore, the travel books to Runewick and Cadomyr do not work. I am not aware of any reports, but there seem to be similar disturbances in Cadomyr. Both cities were the target of the undead army in the Mas.
Hereby I ask the mages to conduct investigations on the teleporter and suggest possible remedies.

The harbours ferry is not a good alternative to the teleporters since pirates attacks it regulary. Traveling lost its safety. It might be no problem for warriors, but for all other who are trading and visiting other towns regulary. I warn, that Cadomyr and Runewick will fall back in compare with other. We risk to lose our attraction.
Deanna, maybe we should invite for a meeting of the citizens and strangers, inspecial mages and scholars of other subjects, all who are in will to help. We need ideas, all kind of, that could usefull.
For myself I am allready on work in this matter too. An alchemistic solution should be possible. I am preparing the theory that we should discuss.

Ich danke allen, die zum Treffen erschienen sind. Es war gut, dass Vertreter aller drei Reiche zugegen waren. Im Austausch von Informationen, vor allem aber mit der Untersuchung vor Ort konnten doch einige wichtige Erkenntnisse gewonnen werden. Besonderer Dank gilt diesbezüglich den beiden Magiern. Sie waren bei der Untersuchung maßgeblich.
Ich möchte an dieser Stelle nicht zu sehr in's Detail gehen. Nur soviel: Die Flammen, welche die Teleporter umgeben und unbrauchbar machen, unterliegen einem gefährlichem Schutzzauber. Versuche auf eigene Faust die Flammen zu löschen sind zum Scheitern verurteilt und sehr gefährlich. Jedwede Provokation der Mächte, die hinter dem Schutzzauber stehen, müssen bis auf weiteres vermieden werden! Niemand darf sich und die Gemeinschaften der Drei Reiche fahrlässig in weitere Gefahr bringen. Die Regierungen der Drei Reiche werden in Absprache miteinander handeln. Detailierte Pläne sind in Arbeit.
Für weitere Informationen und Empfehlungen bitte ich darum die jeweiligen Vetrreter der Regierungen aufzusuchen.
Für das Reisen zwischen den Städten ergeben sich bis auf weiteres die bisherigen Widrigkeiten. Die Teleporter von Cadomyr und Runewick können nicht erreicht werden, auch nicht mit Portalbüchern. Davon ausgenommen sind die Teleporter in Galmair und der Hanfschlinge.
Achtung!!! Jeder der zu seiner Sicherheit beim Wandern ein Portalbuch bei sich trägt sollte entsprechende Vorkehrungen treffen und entsprechend funktionierende Portalbücher verwenden.
Cadomyr und Runewick sind demnach nur noch zu Fuß oder mit der Fähre von den jeweiligen Häfen aus erreichbar. Beide Varianten sind bekannterweise nicht ohne Risiko. Händler, welche Geld und Waren zwischen den Städten transferieren wollen empfehle ich auf die Markttage der Hanfschlinge zu warten oder bewaffnete Eskorten anzuheueren.
Gern würde ich sehen, dass die Ranger Runewicks und weitere Kämpfer, auch Söldner, sich zu diesen Diensten bereit erklären.

I thank everyone who joined the meeting. It was good that representatives from all three realms were present. In the exchange of information, but above all with the on-site investigation, some important insights were gained. Special thanks go to the two magicians. They were essential in the investigation.
I don't want to explain too much detailed at this point. Just this: the flames that surround the teleporters are imune to get extinguished by a dangerous protective spell. Attempts to extinguish the flames on your own will fail and are very dangerous. Any provocation against the powers that be behind the protective spell must be avoided! Nobody should negligently endanger hisself and the communities of the Three Realms. The Three Realms governments will act in consultation with one another. Detailed plans are in progress.
For further information and recommendations, you have to go to your government representatives.
For now there will be adversities for traveling between the cities. The Cadomyr and Runewick teleporters cannot be reached, even with portal books. Only the teleporters in Galmair and the Hemp Necktie Inn are excluded from this.
Attention! Anyone who carries a portal book with them for their safety should make sure that they only use portal books to Galmair and the Hemp Necktie Inn.
Cadomyr and Runewick can only be reached on foot or by ferry from the respective harbours. Both variants are known to be not without risk. I recommend traders who want to transfer money and goods between the cities to wait for the market days of the Hemp Necktie Inn or to hire armed escorts.
I would like to see the Ranger Runewicks and other fighters, including mercenaries, agree to this service.

Finally, Lennier called for an investigation, and with the help of a wandering dwarfen mage, it could at least be determined that the flames around the teleporter are magical in nature and draw their energy from the mana stream from which the teleporter draws its energy. It was also determined that the demon Prea is obviously behind this phenomenon.
I would like to avoid interrupting the Archmage himself in his important studies, so I hereby urge the mages of Runewick to take care of the matter so that we can get the teleporter working again.

Unfortunately, the teleporter in Runewick is still down. However, I can report that a specialist in transport magic is on his way, and we will begin investigating and repairing it upon his arrival. Runewick will cover the costs for the specialist, in view of the general benefit of the teleporters I ask the mages of Illarion to support him as much as possible.

Thanks to Oxiana's mediation, the mage Rhaindierne has arrived and is staying in Runewick as our esteemed guest until further notice.
We have discussed his assignment and I have agreed to his terms.
Since no mage of Runewick has agreed to support, I will request mages from outside to assist Raindierne. Kindly, Guir Rabenflügel would like to advocate that the upcoming ritual be secured by those experienced in combat.
The teleporter's public service is well appreciated by the other cities, but also by individual citizens of Runewick.
Rhaindierne mentioned that Pure Elements are needed for the ritual. On the part of Runewick and from my fund I can provide some elements, but Pure Water and Pure Spirit are still needed before I can inform Rhiandierne about these preparations.
