Dedicated Silver ore location

Currently the gathering for silver is slower than gold nuggets- this has been a glaring balance issue

Proposal- add a designated source for silver ore, replace some coal rocks in coal mines and just put a small ammount of silver nodes in existing coal mines.

Every mined(and other, I believe) materials will have their own redistributed sources in a future update, as opposed to these rocks we have now that give out a mix. It's being worked on by Estralis I believe, graphics even exist already. Should be part of the gathering milestone, if I understood it correctly from the talks I have seen about it on discord.
