Our citizens' meeting will take place soon, to which I invite you.

Results from the town meeting on 23.Bras 62

Collection of magic gems:
Donations of magical gems are given to Eli Travinus. Eli shall collect and store the gems. Eli shall note the number of donated stones with the name of the donor. The stones are returned to the donor if the project fails. The donors will be informed by Deanna if there are new facts. Before the actual use of the gems there will be a meeting if necessary.

Collection of resources for Runewick:
The collection and safekeeping of the resources is managed by Jakob Maren.
Jakob distributes the goods to two other Runewickans for storage.

Investigation of the hole in the fields outside the town:
Planning and execution of the investigation is led by Bree Tealeaf.
The proposals were noted down by Jakob.

Occupation of the council:
Due to the continued understaffing of the Council, the following citizens are assigned the following duties effective immediately and until further notice:

Jakob Maren is responsible for the regulation of internal city affairs.
Eli Travinus is responsible for the regulation of external affairs.
Fooser is responsible for tactical planning and security in the city area.
Caswir is responsible for urban development, building projects and their planning, and for education.

The aforementioned persons act as deputies of the Council and are authorized to make decisions in the normal daily business in the interest of Runewick.
Otherwise, important decisions are to be coordinated with Deanna as long as she is the sole representative of the council. Excepted from this are decisions in emergency situations that require quick action for the safety of citizens and the town.

There will also be a person to be defined responsible for the supervision of Runewick's land, comparable and with similar rights as the former rangers.

Trial against Sammy
This topic was skipped due to lack of time. Here is the written version announced at the meeting:
A trial against our fellow citizen Sammy is planned in the foreseeable future.
In addition to some regional charges that lie in the leadership of Cadomyr, there is also a so-called legacy from Sammy's past in Galmair. He is said to have supported Jefferson Gray, at least materially. With Gray's support he acted against the interest of all three cities.
It has to be clarified how far Sammy's support contributed to Gray's career and if he can be blamed for premeditation. Since Sammy is now a fellow citizen of Runewick, and since he has not done anything wrong in Runewick, at least during this time, I would like him to get a fair trial, where I am especially curious about the evidence, because this will allow for the application of the law in similar suspected cases concerning the support of Gray as a settlement case. Therefore, the trial will be held in Runewick.
Believing in his sincerity I allowed Sammy to travel to his seriously ill mother a few weeks ago. The trial will be prepared as soon as Sammy returns. Runewick will provide one of the three judges. Sammy will be free to choose a defense attorney. If Sammy does not turn himself in at an appropriate time, Runewick will declare him outlawed.

Sammlung magischer Edelsteine:
Spenden von magischen Edelsteinen werden an Eli Travinus übergeben. Eli sammelt und verwahrt die Steine. Eli vermerkt die Anzahl der gespendeten Steine mit dem Namen des Spenders. Die Steine werden dem Spender zurückgegeben, sollte das Projekt scheitern.
Die Spender werden bei neuen Sachständen von Deanna informiert. Vor der eigentlichen Anwendung der Edelsteine wird es gegebenenfalls eine Besprechung geben.

Sammlung von Ressourcen für die Stadt:
Die Sammlung und Verwahrung der Ressourchen wird von Jakob Maren geleitet.
Jakob verteilt die Waren an zwei weitere Runewicker zum Einlagern.

Untersuchung des Lochs auf den Feldern vor der Stadt:
Planung und Durchführung der Untersuchung wird von Bree Tealeaf geleitet.
Die Vorschläge wurden von Jakob notiert.

Besetzung des Rates:
Aufgrund der anhaltenden Unterbesetzung des Rates, sind ab sofort und bis auf weiteres folgende Bürger mit den folgenden Aufgaben beauftragt:

Jakob Maren ist zuständig für die Regelung stadtinterner Angelegenheiten.
Eli Travinus ist zuständig für die Regelung externer Angelegenheiten.
Fooser ist zuständig für taktische Planungen und Sicherheit im Bereich der Stadt.
Caswir ist zuständig für Stadtentwicklung, Bauvorhaben und deren Planung, sowie für Ausbildung.

Die genannten Personen agieren als Stellvertreter des Rates und sind bewilligt Entscheidungen im normalen Tagesgeschäft im Interesse Runewicks zu tätigen.
Ansonsten sind wichtige Entscheidungen mit Deanna abzustimmen, so lange sie alleinig den Rat vertritt. Ausgenommen hiervon sich Entscheidungen in Notfallsituationen, die ein schnelles Handel zur Sicherheit für Bürger und Stadt erfordern.

Noch nicht benannt wird es ausserdem eine Person geben, die für die Überwachung von Runewicks Ländereien zuständig ist, vergleichbar und mit ähnlichen Rechten wie die früheren Ranger.


Verhandlung gegen Sammy
Dieser Tagespunkt wurde aus Zeitgründen übersprungen. Hier die in der Versammlung angekündigte schriftliche Fassung:
Es ist in absehbarer Zeit eine Verhandlung gegen unseren Mitbürger Sammy geplant.
Neben einiger regionaler Anklagen die in der Führung von Cadomyr liegen, gibt es noch eine sogenannte Altlast die aus Sammys Vergangenheit in Galmair stammt. Er soll Jefferson Gray unterstützt haben, zumindest materiell. Mit der Unterstützung Grays hat er gegen das Interesse aller drei davon betroffenen Reiche gehandelt. Es ist zu klären wie weit Sammys Unterstützung zum Werdegang Grays beitrug und ob ihm Vorsatz anzulasten ist. Da Sammy mittlerweile ein Mitbürger Runewicks ist, und er sich zumindest innerhalb dieser Zeit in Runewicks nichts zu Schulden hat zukommen lassen, möchte ich das er einen faire Verhandlung erhält, bei der ich insbesondere auch auf die Beweisführung gespannt bin, weil dies eine Anwendung bei ähnlichen Verdachtsfällen bezüglich der Unterstützung Grays als Vergleichsfall ermöglicht. Daher soll die Verhandlung in Runewick stattfinden.
Im Glauben an seine Aufrichtigkeit habe ich Sammy vor einigen Wochen gestattet zu seiner schwer erkrankten Mutter zu reisen. Die Verhandlung wird vorbereitet, sobald Sammy zurückkehrt. Runewick wird einen der drei Richter stellen. Sammy hat die freie Wahl einen Verteidiger zu wählen. Sollte Sammy sich nicht in angemessener Zeit der Verhandlung stellen, wird er seitens Runewick als vogelfrei erklärt.
