The Altar of the Five

Post by Uhuru »

Uhuru can be seen hauling supplies and building materials up to the Altar of the Five, near Galmair. Upon first entering, she kneels before the altars and offers up a prayer and offering, hoping for a blessing in her endeavor.

Uhuru is hard at work, chopping down nearby trees and sawing them into boards, waiting, not so patiently for someone to come that knows something about woodwork. "Sister of mine better get here soon!"

Evie and Uhuru spend many hours away from Galmair in prayer at the Altar of the Five, looking for guidance on how best to continue the work there.

Uhuru brought in much wood, which she had Evie shape into perfect railings to keep Evie from falling. Something Evie is apt to do and rather often, even when given advanced warning.

Curling up to sleep a deep sleep of exhaustion due to their labors, they don't notice when the ground starts shaking and the earth starts moving about them. Early in the morning, Uhuru wakes up in wide-eyed wonder and looks around with awe and reverence. As she looks around, Uhuru picks up a small light stone and tosses it gently at Evie to wake her. "Sister!" She hisses quietly, "You have got to see this." As Evie continues to snore loudly with drool running out of her mouth, which pools onto the ground, Uhuru scoots over and kicks a foot out to nudge Evie's leg as Uhuru calls out in a loud whisper, "Wake up sleepy head!"
