There should be an alternate way to make 1 merenium ingot besides pure fire.

Like 50 merenium ore + 50 coal = 1 merenium ingot.

Nomsayin?

there is another way to get hold of merinium ingots...just not by crafting.

Yes, other than treasure hunting and it is open to all sorts of chars, while still limited enough to not allow the production of large amounts of ingots in a short time.
