An individual was seen robbing a halfling in the streets or Bane not more then a few days ago, Zehshirr the lizard stepping in to fend off the attacker just in time, and I commend his efforts.

The individual (name unknown) is said to be very dangerous, wielding poisoned daggers with a fair amount of skill; approach them with caution.

Guard recruit Kaidan found an orc in the library at the brink of death. If anyone has any knowledge of the identity of this orc or how he was nearly killed please let me know. Kaiden will be posting a report of what he saw.

Thank You,

I stumbled across a ghost in the library. It is important to note the door to the library was closed when I went inside. I found the ghost by the fireplace. When spoken to I received no response. I dragged the ghost to the resurrection pillar. The ghost resurrected to reveal it was a very tall orc. I did not recognize it nor did I get a name from it. It is possible that a swarm of flies had eaten away at the orc over time. The door to the library being closed does not dispute that theory.

Oxiana and Darian were taken captive by a pair of bandits outside of the town walls but within the jurisdiction of Trolls Bane. The bandits appeared to be organized and well armed with magical serinjah and longswords. One was described as tall and ugly with dirty teeth and the other was described as average height and grey eyes. They were capable fighters which overtook Oxiana and Darian in a straight forward battle. Oxiana and Darian escaped by the skin of their teeth by breaking their rope bonds and evading the flames of the molotov cocktails thrown by one of the bandits.

I'd just like to make a point of correction on Mr. Firestone's report.

Oxiana and I were not captured but were chasing the men out of town after they beat and tried to rob the man named Fir. Once far enough from the town they turned on us while Raina ran back to get some help. It was also the bigger of the two who had the grey eyes. He wore shadowplate armor while the other had on elven silversteel. The smaller of the two was the apparent 'boss', who called the larger one by the name of 'Paul'.

To add to the description of these men, I have also seen the taller one wearing a green cloak or robe and the other man a black robe. The men persistently returned to town after they were first chased away and were also seen lurking around the workshops prior to Fir's attack.

I was attacked coming out of the east gate after some one yelled monsters at the east gate. There were two me. One tried to tie me up but he missed with the rope in trying to get my wrists. I tried to run but I was knocked out and robbed. One wielded magical swords and was skilled at using them. This is possibly the two that also attacked fir.

People should be wary of any calls taking them out of town. Earlier I was called by name to go to the arena just out of town. Again it was the same two troublemakers. Fortunately I was followed by Athian and Raina so no harm came to me.

Shandra the elf was attacked and ghosted by the bandits near Greenbriar. Though this occurred far out of Town Guard jurisdiction it is important to recognize that there appears to only be two of them and that they are not just stalking around Trolls Bane.

Oxiana has also been harassed by the bandits again, thanks to Athian and Raina for helping to chase the bandits away.

It is advised that men and women be wary around the darker sides of the town walls, that appears to be an ideal place for bandits to lay in wait for the right ambush.

The elf whom goes by Amphytiron has been banished for 30 Dwarven days.

A few days ago he robbed me of 15 silvers, I let him leave town peacefully. He eventually returned the coins, through a mediator, Iris.

Today I have found that he robbed Tirrend of 5 silver coins and the Lizard Gurk of 43 leather pieces.

For his habitual thievery and his refusal to return the stolen items, he has been punished for the three counts of thievery he has committed.

I judge him to be a thief who will continue to steal and it's best for the people of Trolls Bane to not be forced to deal with that sort of criminality when they conduct their business.

Hew Keenaxe has been relieved of duty and is no longer a guard of Trolls Bane. He is also banned from entering town for 2 dwarven weeks and will expected to meet with me then for an evaluation of his behavior and attitude. a decision will be made at that time weather or not to continue the ban.

Today bore witness to a number of troubling events.

Firstly there was an unnatural attack upon the town by strange creatures of unknown origins, though with the help of a number of citizens and other courageous bystanders they were soon dispatched. However, seemingly uncontent that Bane had not suffered more casualties, the elven mage Nalcaryos attempted to coax a few of the mages into summoning the Black Dragon. After the others refused to partake in such a foolish endeavour he attempted the ritual alone, fortunately failing to gather the required power to summon the monster. I must stress that the Black Dragon is a fearsome beast, and had Nalcaryos succeeded the town would now likely be a smouldering ruin.

Secondly Nalcaryos and Dronrul, the leader of Varshikar himself, cornered the Archduchess in the library. After sealing the exit with a conjured stone wall they proceeded to demand that Joxia hand over Bane to them. This is a matter of great concern and will echo the fears many of you have about their intentions. Though this is an unprecidented and unprovoked action I will respond with calm and civility. I urge all citizens, and other concerned parties, to attend tomorrows meeting where the matter will be discussed. For the time being, The Bearers of Fire will still be welcome within our walls as I hope what has passed is merely a misunderstanding.

However due to his actions earlier in the day; Nalcaryos is banned from Bane for two dwarvern weeks.

A human described as youthful, wearing a black robe and wielding daggers attacked a Odimus as he worked near the Smithy this evening. Special thanks to Azrael for assisting Odimus lest this attacker might have been successful.
If any knows of any person that fits this description please report it to a guard or leave a note here.

Also...
THE CUTTING OF TREES WITHIN THE WALLS OF BANE IS FORBIDDEN
The trees in town provide some fruit to the hungry as well as safer environment for gathering the fruit. Also if am tree happens to fall on someone nearby it could very easily kill or maim them. Anyone caught cutting trees will be expected to plant double what they took on first offense. Second offense will plant double and pay a silver per tree. Third offense will include being banned from town.

Let it be known that a human male who looks roughly like ((0700)) was seen near a fire under the east gate today, when the witness attempted to question him, he ran away. He should be questioned as to if he was the one who try to burn down the gate.

After only two Dwarvern days since his last ban was lifted, I today witnessed Nalcaryos on the roof of the tavern. Where he proceeded, no doubt thinking himself hidden from view, to summon a swarm of wasps upon the gathering at the campfire beside the well. The wasps then proceeded to attack Kaidan before being swiftly dealt with by those gathered. Despite the fact the insects posed little threat to any of those present, I am rather disappointed, though not at all surprised at this troublemaking. As a result of his continued determination to cause grief to the citizens of the town I am hereby going to reinstate his ban for a further two weeks beginning today. If Nalcaryos wants to cause trouble he can do so well away from Bane, I do not appreciate his lack of respect for Bane or its citizens and will not stand for such behaviour to continue.

You have had ample leniency from us so far Nalcaryos and reacted with little grace and respect. I suggest you keep your distance as further attempts at causing mischief will not be met kindly. Therefore to further re-iterate;

Nalcaryos von Weißhafen is hereby banned from Bane for two dwavern weeks.

Your accusation is a simple lie.
Felbion summoned ONE wasp to annoy me, nothing more.
This one also wasn't able to fly down the roof cause their ala were crippled.
And..not to forget the Trolls Bane Tavern Top is property of Silberbrand.

So stop with your lies Verdazar to make me a bad person

The air that you breathe from the tavern rooftop is Trolls Bane air. The only part of you that is protected by Silverbrand when on the roof is your feet or your arse if you are sitting down. And there are ample witnesses to what happened. But if you wish to appeal the Second Leiutenants decision the Magistrate will happy to hear your case. You only have to send a written request since you are not allowed within the walls.

If this is the case, I suggest this ban go onto include Felbion as these two clearly see Bane a place in which to cause harm.
Bane is not your battleground, nor is it a fun ground for those who are bored, if those with blades must exit town, so must those casting and conjuring harmful magic.. You pair have deserts and forests for this sort of thing.

A new piece of parchment is written rather hurriedly upon then placed against the walls of Bane.

Upon being inside the Tavern in Bane, after Nalcaryos was told about the ban face to face with Second Lieutenant Ivinius he took his angry out against a innocent such as myself. First of which, he said the tavern was closed, insisting he held more rights on the land due to his honorary citizenship. After which, I demanded he provide a documentation that he held power over the land and buildings of Silverbrand. Apparently this was considered arrogant and he flamed his fist and delivered a slap to my face, which after looking in a mirror, I find it's rather burnt.

Upon rising from this blow, I asked what reason he had for assaulting me, upon which he said that I had 'dirtied his honor' or something of the likes by supporting Second Lieutenant Ivinius truthful claims. I may point out that if I 'dirtied' this Elf's honor, it was in the land of Bane, as that is where my parchment supporting Ivinius is to be found. Never did I say one word to this Elf in the land of Silverbrand before he put himself upon my person.

He continued to demand that I remove myself at which point I demanded that he provide evidence that he held power over my person. Not liking this, the Elf pulled out a rope and tied my person up. I struggled to free myself because in my eyes, and apparently the laws of the land, I did nothing to deserve this treatment. After that point, he assaulted my person again, knocking me unconscious whilst dragging my injured body across the floor. Upon waking up, I found the doors to be blocked by solid rock, and my face to be burning like the flames of a moronic Elf.

As I am aware that this may have been better sent to one of the town officials, I feel it is more fitting for those who agree with the town officials, and their own eyes, that they see what they will take away from a disagreement with this troublesome Bearer. Also, judging from these actions, and his actions of the past... would it be too much to ask for the Ban to be extended, I fear for those unable to rise against a blow from such a rouge user of the Arcane arts.

I have to apologize for the summoning of a wasp whilst being on the roof of the tavern today. It was never my intention to pose a thread to any citizen of the town of Trollsbane by doing so. I saw it as a harmless joke towards Nalcaryos von Weißhafen. Should I have harmed any citizen or made them uncomfortable, I will be happy to apologize to them in person or pay a suitable fee.

Sere, you have been on the territory of Silverbrand when I asked you about four times to live the tavern because you insulted my honor by supporting Verdazars lies.

As Felbion already wrote, he was the one that summoned the wasp, and not me.

Still you and Verdazar claim that I have caused trouble and thats is a lie, which soils my honor, especially on the territory of Silverbrand.

The people of Trolls Bane should think about their "friends" Verdazar and Joxia. Just one day ago Joxia claimed that I didn't pay my fine. Another lie to get me out of town. Now Verdazar bans me of Bane, because of another lie he made up.

Because as already stated, I was on the tavern top, but Felbion was the one that summoned the wasp.

And you Sere are always around supporting their lies but not even being a citizen of Trolls Bane, thats the simple reason why I kicked you out of the Tavern. A tavern of Silverbrand.

I think you'll find I reside in Northbridge, a territory held by Bane. As for supporting false claims, you're claim that I dirtied your honor on Silverbrand is false in itself. I bet it felt good Nalcaryos, to attack a simple farmer. You're a simple Orc with pointed ears, neither are you worthy of your long life span, nor are you capable of using it for good. Though I fear not even Moshran's sons and daughters are as dark and cunning in the light of day as you yourself seem to think you're capable of.

Again, once you hold power over the buildings of Silverbrand you may kick me out, till then you are nothing but a worthless coward attacking those who do not side with you... Pathetic.
